"Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff are amazing. I would absolutely return. Great location to the beach, which is a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Shop over the road for ice cream and whatever else you need. Bus stop just outside. The food was good. We all found something to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "

This is a complex of 2 villa houses and 5 apartments and it is so clever designed that you won’t feel lonely here, but at the same time you will have your own intimacy. We were in one of the villas and had the best relaxing vacations ever! Highly recommend."

"The best vacation we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who provided us with all the information we needed. Our room was very cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The pool area was amazing, with large sun loungers that felt like beds—also very soft and comfortable. The bar offered a wide variety of drinks, and the beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with an incredible selection of hot dishes, desserts, and beverages. One of the biggest advantages was the peaceful atmosphere, as this is an adults-only hotel with no children. The location is also very convenient. Within walking distance, there are plenty of shops and restaurants, and getting to Rethymno is very easy, whether by bus or taxi. A special mention goes to all the staff—they were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Georgia, Irina and Panagiota for the outstanding service, amazing drinks, very warm conversations and their friendliness and genuine warmth. Would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the owner Pantelis, It was the first time we had seen a hotel owner personally helping the staff, being so genuine, caring, and attentive, while truly valuing the opinions and comfort of the guests. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a perfect and unforgettable holiday!"

"What a great resort! Excellent on all fronts - views, facilities, staff, restaurant. The entire hotel is a remodeled small Greek village - so it’s extremely charming and the facilities are gorgeous. Our room included a large living area and a very private balcony with views of the canyon, perfect for sipping wine in the evening or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The breakfast at the restaurant is amazing! You need a car to stay here, since it was out of the way from the coastal cities, in the hills. However, it is within driving distance of a few charming villages with cafes and tavernas, so you can enjoy a nice local dinner on your way back from a day trip. Highly recommend this hotel/resort. And best of all, it is a part of Hyatt system, so you can accumulate points in Hyatt."

"Their rooms have cockroahes, and they don’t even do anything about it. I just got the massage from the reception, that I could kill it myself. Then turned up another one, then another….how disgusting is that! At the end of our stay, we gave a live one back to the reception - since they like them. We Never Ever come back!"

"Det tilbragte en afslappende uge på dette mindre hotel.Dette skabte en meget fredelig atmosfære.Alle steder var så rene og tidlige.Mad var lækker og rig.Værelserne var rummelige, havudsigten og solnedgangen var så smukke. Alle personalet går ovenpå og ud for at hjælpe med at gøre dit ophold meget glade.Min eneste kritik er ingen håndsanitær rundt eller i restauranten.Jeg har set flere mennesker komme ud på toilettet uden at vaske hænder."

"Just returned from a 10 day stay with my daughter at this lovely hotel. This was my daughter’s second visit. We had a lovely ground floor room that overlooked the pool. The room had everything we needed for our stay. Had towels and also beach/pool towels which was great. Our bed was so comfy and huge. The aircon was great. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. For our stay we had breakfast and evening meal which was lovely. Lots to pick from and cater for everyone. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The staff were amazing. Such happy people. It was like I had always known them. The staff helped us with what buses we wanted to get. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk and only cost 2 euros to get to the old town which was about a 30min ride. I will be returning. Thank you for making my holiday 🙂"

"Stayed 6 nights as a family of 4 in the deluxe apartment. B2 Complex peaceful & so chilled, always able to get sun loungers and sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. Staff are wonderful Great restaurant's nearby, beach only 5-10 minute walk as well as the bus stop into Rethymnon. Good value all round."

"Dette var vores første ophold på dette hotel.Recensionerne var lovende, og vi håbede på et behageligt ophold.Men Kathrin Beach hotel er meget mere end det! Meget god beliggenhed, komfort ved sandstranden, renoverede værelser, stor køkken og frem for alt meget venlig og hurtig personale.Vi blev to uger, og hele denne gang var alt perfekt. Vi lejede også en bil og besøgte nogle smukke strande i vest og syd for Kreta.Hvad kan jeg ellers lide at huske?God velkomst fra Lena og Maria på receptionen (tak for gulvrummet og planternes frø). Smilende ansigter fra rensemaskinerne fra Filippinerne. Fremragende kold cappuccino på strandbaren, forberedt af Stella;) Og pantring af kokken, der forberedte en række lækre hovedkurser og desserter hver aften, med altid smilende restaurantkokken Babys og andre medarbejdere. Jeg kunne også lide, at de dyrker planter her så omhyggeligt, fra blomstring til dem til skygge.Jeg så også små planter bag receptionen.En plantesygeplejerske.Der er intet at frygte for dette hotels og dets personales fremtid.Tillykke og alt det bedste. Jeg håber at komme tilbage snart;))"
