"We stayed in the prestige suite called Colette as it was our honeymoon. The room was outstanding. The decor is unique, the room was huge and had it’s own balcony/terrace. Comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The staff worked really hard and highly attentive. We ate breakfast both days - delicious. We did lounge by the pool one day. The only downside was mosquitoes but not the hotels fault. Good car park away from road. Peaceful and lovely grounds."

"We stayed at the newly opened Mercure Hôtel in Ax-les-Thermes for a weekend getaway and overall had a lovely experience. The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk from the train station and perfectly situated for hiking (randonnées) in the surrounding mountains. The hotel’s facilities are great. We especially appreciated the wellness area — we tried the spa (hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi), as well as the indoor pool. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. Our room was spotless and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — probably one of the best we've ever slept on! The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed. That said, there are still a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast (brunch) was quite limited. We understand the hotel had just opened the week before, so we hope the selection will expand with time. However, basic items like a toaster (grill-pain) would have been appreciated. We also had dinner at the Château restaurant owned by the hotel. While the setting was beautiful and very romantic, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. My boyfriend had the trout with a strong rouille sauce and fries, and I had lamb with fregola. The flavors were average, and the service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Again, we assume this might be due to the staff still being in training. All in all, it’s a beautiful place to stay, and we’re sure it will only improve with time. We’d gladly return — especially for the spa, pool, and fresh mountain air!"

"Lons is the all-round perfect hotel IN the village of Foix so that you don't need a car to get to fabulous restaurants. We did have a car and the staff helped us with parking instructions, walks, restaurants, and more. Breakfasts were perfect with anything you'd hope for including fresh croissants and local jam and fruit. Our room overlooked the river and was very quiet at night with comfortable beds and pillows. We had a little desk with 2 chairs and plenty of room for suitcases. Foix is the perfect small town with weekly markets, many shops, restaurants, an amazing museum, and tiny streets (easy to get lost but you'll have a map from the hotel). Enjoy!"

Jeg har modtaget bekræftelsesmail for et værelse på 79€, når turen er færdig, jeg opdager, at de har taget mig et værelse på 99€ på trods af min opkald den Administrator ikke ønskede at gøre nogle indgreb, der angiveligt er en computerfejl, at alle værelser lyder til € 99. Jeg sendte beviser, jeg fandt det uacceptabelt at betale 20 € mere end hvad jeg bestilte, og desuden havde jeg bedt om et værelse med en dobbeltseng to enkeltsenge og jeg fandt mig med to dobbeltseng. Toiletbadekarret var ikke holdt, og badeværelset var ikke rent indeni. "
