The hotel is located on the lake shore, it has a very well-kept garden as well as the cleanliness of the rooms, I was sorry for some disappointment with the staff. A flaw is the restaurant that is only open a few days a week, services such as breakfast and bike rental are very welcome"

The hotel has a pizza and salad restaurant at a very reasonable price they were the best we have eaten. The staff were very friendly and professional; we were made to feel very welcome. If it weren’t for the fact we were travelling we would have stayed longer; we will be back."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Arco. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lobby bar to unwind at the end of the day. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in Arco, and is a short car ride to Lake Garda and the Dolomites. We will definitely be back."

"The property is truly beautiful, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, there are some aspects that could be improved. The parking lot is undersized compared to the number of rooms, so finding a spot can be difficult. The fruit at breakfast was frozen, something unexpected for a property of this caliber. Furthermore, it's not possible to eat inside the hotel during the day, a service that would be greatly appreciated by guests. With some improvements in these areas, the experience would be significantly improved."

"Very nice Hotel in an old Monastery. Nice location, but also a few problems. During our stay, there was a group of 10-15 people at the restaurant and next day at the pool.. drinking and celebrating. Together with the crying babies, we could not find the quiet monastery and SPA spirit. Further, they have only a few sunbeds with mattress (and more sunbeds without). So, people reserve their sunbeds early in the morning similar as in Mallorca. Finally, the service could be more attentive. When we checked in (two men), we got a male and a female bathrobe/ slippers. Not sure why. The staff is very friendly!"

"Super comfortable 5-star bed. Extra-large bed with an excellent topper and very comfortable pillows. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Top breakfast with a choice of hot dishes (pancakes, crepes, scrambled eggs, etc.)."
