"Vi blev i Nanu i to nætter.Vi ankom meget tidligt om morgenen, og selv om check-in ikke var før klokken 1 kunne vi arrangere en øjeblikkelig check-in for en ekstra omkostning.Det var så værd.Værelserne er rummelige, meget rene og godt udstyret. Luftkonditioneringen og fanen holdt værelset smukt og koldt.Der er en swimmingpool på taget med vidunderlige udsigter over palmetræer.Baren serverer store cocktails og personalet på hotellet er meget hjælpsomt og venligt. Hotellet er en lille vej fra stranden og centrum af byen, men det er let at få en taxi.Vi anbefaler dette hotel for en fredelig, afslappende og meget komfortabel ophold."

"Lotus Sutra, I requested high level accomodation if possible partial sea view as would be there for 16 days. Request not met invoiced garden view on arrival my cabin was a pool view? The room is taken up by the size of the bed( I had asked for big bed) never seen bed as big. Room very dark there is a window if you open the curtain you look onto next cabin so that was a no go, bathroom is length if cabin it is a sauna the heat within it, my location had a road behind cabin so bathroom door had to stay closed so you would not the traffic for sleep. The pool area 9am to 7pm did not happen 7.30 8 am children screaming with excitment in pool same at night, As I said to manager this resort is for childrens it is like a play ground , there was no adult pool to chill or relax or swim plus not enough loungers, the turn over of customers was short stays. Gardens are beautiful, there is security gaurd a gate entrance however the gate to beach has a rope tied to iron gate anyone could walk in, asked if they had beds on the beach told no the land belongs to the shacks outside not Lotus Sutra. So my stay if 16 days ended after 6 days staying there."

"An experience to forget, dirty and little care in the service. Too busy on the cell phone and not taking care of the customers. We will definitely not return.... And we certainly do not recommend it... Rooms equipped with only one towel, cleaning on request, mice wandering around in the garden. Inconceivable to see the dirt both in the area used for breakfast and also the towels on the filthy deckchairs.... and the staff comfortably lying down looking at the cell phone."
