"The hotel itself is undeniably five-star in its construction, decor, and service. However, to be honest, some of the facilities, especially the bathroom, are a bit dated. There was no iron or ironing board provided, and the room ventilation wasn't great, leading to a slight odor. Additionally, when we checked in, there were already water stains on the shower glass partition and the bathroom floor. All other major facilities were fine, from the air conditioning to the lighting, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5."

Just as I was becoming anxious, I received a call from Ms. Chen. She not only safely kept my belongings safe but also personally delivered them to me, relieving my immediate crisis. Such a sense of responsibility and efficient action far exceeded the hotel's basic duties and was truly admirable. Your hotel's professionalism and warmth, demonstrated in its facilities, service, and sense of responsibility, collectively created a perfect stay. This five-star review is well-deserved."

It has a superior geographical location, close to the municipal government office building, more than 900 meters away from Anyang Museum, and Wanda Plaza nearby. It is very convenient for both dining and transportation. It is worth mentioning that my son and I were very satisfied with the interior design and soft services of this Orange restaurant. I booked a superior twin room, and when I checked in, we were upgraded to an executive double room for free. The room was spacious, and the best thing was that there was a study area, separate wet and dry areas, and the washbasin was outside the bathroom. Supplies were easily accessible, and the towels, slippers, and bedding were clean. In short, it was very convenient to use. Although Ctrip said there was no breakfast, free breakfast was provided every day. The variety was much richer than other budget hotels. We had breakfast in the hotel every day.
