"Hotellets beliggenhed, renhed og rumstørrelse var alle fremragende.Det var bekvemt placeret, rummet var rent og velunderholdt, og rummet var komfortabelt.Tjenesten var imidlertid skuffende. Personalet var ikke særlig opmærksomt eller hjælpsomt, hvilket påvirkede den samlede oplevelse.Hvis servicen blev forbedret, ville dette være et godt sted at bo."

"Vi blev meget positivt overraskede, da hotellet er super nyt, og personalet var meget venligt. Det er et meget afsidesliggende sted med en fantastisk morgenmad. Jeg kan varmt anbefale at bo her, hvis du nyder privatliv og værdsætter rene, nye værelser. Vi tog personligt masker med og svømmede selv til vandfaldet. Hvis du er en god svømmer, kan du prøve dette. Vi gik over sten og støv i vandet. Så kom vi ud på klipperne og kiggede på vandfaldet. Det var fantastisk. Ejerens smag er straks tydelig. Der var også en smuk bil parkeret ved udgangen. Det samlede indtryk af hotellet var simpelthen wow!"

"Rooms: Very good, as expected from Orange Hotels. Pools: They have three swimming options: an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and the sea. The indoor and outdoor pools are open until 7:30 PM, while swimming in the sea is available until 7:00 PM. For sea swimming, free floats are provided, and there are lifeguards on duty. All three swimming areas have complimentary sun loungers and sofas. Service: All the staff I interacted with were very enthusiastic and friendly. One bellhop helped me with my luggage from the moment I arrived until it was in my room, and even explained the room facilities. Water: Two complimentary bottles of room-temperature water and two free bottles of iced minibar water are provided daily. Swim Towels: For swimming, you need to pick up separate towels from the -2nd floor. Losing a towel might incur a 10 Euro charge."

"This hotel is located closer to the “hustle and bustle” of Antalya and is very new but definitely has flaws. Our staff was a different experience for IHG, a lot of old fashioned ways replaced with Technology (button to clean and button to not be disturbed). This however takes away from the IHG pledge for additional points if your room isn’t cleaned, this seems standard worldwide but not here? Strange. The room is very new and modern, however there is no spare pillows, which puffed well for show but did not support your neck well. A smell was always present in the toilet along with even when not asking for your room clean, it’s turned over anyway. The spa and pool facilities are modern however lack the feel of other IHG hotels in the area. The outdoor pool is poor and small, the ladders are VERY close to falling off the wall and the days we tried it, the pool was always dirty. The spa downstairs looks like someone has just taken the wrapper off and is very clean. I would say though, everyday we had to ask for things to be turned on to use them. Room service was very poor, when asking for things and paying, both occasions took longer than expected, with a cake taking 1 hour to come from a fridge in the bar that I wasn’t allowed to just have on a plate and take upstairs. When moving round the hotel, there was always busy and the atmosphere was there."
