"The young lady at the front desk was so charming and friendly, which immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The hotel is conveniently located close to the scenic area's secondary ticket office, just a short drive away. If you need a ride to the scenic area, just let the front desk know in advance, and a young man will drive you in a commercial van. The rooms are all quite nice (the photos show an upgraded room type). Food delivery is also available. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it has all the essentials. The hotel itself is quite new and they even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. If I had to mention any downsides, they would be: 1. Could you please open the windows in unoccupied rooms? When I checked in, the windows were all closed, and it felt a bit stuffy. 2. Aside from the front desk staff, it would be nice if other employees could at least offer a smile when they encounter guests. (On the day I checked in, I saw an older lady, whom I'm guessing might be the owner's mom? Maybe not, but she looked quite stern, haha.)"

"I absolutely love the decor style of this hotel! The large floor-to-ceiling windows are fantastic and offer great views. The room's cleanliness is good, and all the toiletries are disposable, which is a huge plus for someone like me with a bit of a潔癖 (germophobia) – especially the bathroom slippers that come sealed in a bag! That definitely deserves a good review! Downstairs, there's a good variety of food options. I particularly recommend the stir-fries at Qianwei Shiguanli restaurant, just a left turn out of the hotel entrance. It's a great spot for those who can't handle spicy food!"

"The hotel is located opposite the Anshun Gufu Street Guomao branch, but because the main entrance is right next to an intersection, the navigation system didn't tell me to turn left, causing me to drive around three times before finally finding it. Actually, the hotel is very new and large, with a private courtyard so free parking is both convenient and safe. The hotel staff are proactive and enthusiastic in solving problems for guests, which deserves praise 👍. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are clean and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet with plenty of hot water—everything makes you feel right at home."

"This hotel offers excellent experience, with wide selection of hot springs. The complex is huge and nicely located on the waterfall scenic spot. In our package we also had special dinner which was very sophisticated and prepared well in every detail. The whole experience also covered many gifts and great service from the staff. Breakfast was very delicious and high quality although variety and selection was limited. On reception nobody spoke even a bit of English, which would be great for foreigners."

"Beautiful rooms with modern oriental design. Hotel is close to Huangguoshu waterfalls with free hotel drop off and pick up. Free entrance ticket to local caves too ! We love the free washing machine and dryer at the top floor of hotel too. Not sure if this is common in China - I have seen men smoking at the lobby, which makes the air smells bad."
