"The hotel's location is truly excellent, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the room was a major issue. Right from the first day, the bathroom wasn't clean, and despite our daily requests, cleaning was always postponed to the next day. The room was only cleaned once, on the last day – meaning only a single time during our four-day stay. Meanwhile, the trash bins were overflowing, towels weren't changed (we had to ask for fresh ones), and we even ran out of toilet paper. This felt like a clear case of neglect by the cleaning staff. It's a shame, as with better housekeeping, our stay would have been significantly more enjoyable."

"Everything about the hotel was great until the cleaning staff started cleaning the hallway at 8:30 in the morning, shouting loudly. Room service is cheap, the staff is friendly, but if you want to sleep until at least 10 in the morning, definitely don't choose it because they definitely don't let you sleep."

"Hotellet var rent og personalet var velkommen.Beliggenheden er også tæt på markedet og centrum af byen.Men væggene er meget tynde, og folket ved vores dør talte højt indtil efter 1:00. Vi løb ned og rapporterede spørgsmålet, og de flyttede os næste dag.Fra det værelse kunne vi også høre både vores naboer og deres samtaler lidt, de stoppede i det mindste før midnat. "The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile."
