The worst part is that when you enter the room at that moment, you pay directly since you are not going to bed and they take the payment in advance from mobile transactions. We paid for the 2 nights we didn't stay and they threw the mess of the room on our cat. You can never reach the owners of the business, no matter what you say, they set up someone involved in the scheme who is in denial until the end. We cannot refund the fee, they even tried to give us the room so we could change the sheets! What would happen if the sheets were changed? The bed base and the seat would be sticky and our cat would stay there with us! We paid 2,700 TL for the room we did not stay in, just the cost of staying. There is such a conspiracy that to return to the terminal in the city, there are no buses at any hour, you have to call a taxi and we paid 750 TL for the taxi. Now we have barely canceled our future bus tickets and we will wait for hours, now our bus will arrive, we will not be able to reach Ankara before 7 hours!"
