"The location of this hotel is great, right on the Alvor beach. The staff are welcoming and efficient. And the cleaners come regularly. However the accommodation is dated and basic. The bath needed updating and the doors were not soundproofed. We were disappointed to find the advertised indoor pool was closed permanently. Also there is a surcharge for the safe, which we only found out on arrival."

"The service staff, especially in the restaurant, were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A bit more cleanliness in the room would be desirable. The room booking via Trip.com was confusing regarding the actual room type, and we had to pay a hefty upgrade (100€/day) to get a similar one! The hotel was somewhat accommodating with the add-on of the AI-Premium package."

"Værelset var smukt, meget ren og komfortabel.Desværre arbejdede kassen ikke, som vi rapporterede.Det ville have været dejligt, hvis der var te, kaffe til rådighed i rummet. Breakfast var meget middelmådig, Plates og køkken måtte bede om, varmtvarmere, der skulle have holdt mad varmt, gjorde ikke.Låsen af en kollapsede, hvilket resulterede i, at krokkeriet blev knust på gulvet, tilsyneladende for tredje gang i flere dage. Ikke hvad jeg havde forventet af et 4-stjernede hotel."

"We stayed whilst attending a music festival and it was our first time at this hotel. On arrival the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The one bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant several times which we found very reasonably priced for a hotel and the food was of a very good standard and very generous portions. The staff in the restaurant are really friendly and attentive. The coastline and beach are a short walk from the hotel and is literally stunning ( there are steep steps down to the beach as the hotel and grounds are built on a cliff) The only niggles were a badly placed tiny door stop in the bathroom which both myself and my husband stubbed our toes on. Ouch! and having to ask for an iron and ironing board. I think these things should be provided in each apartment. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return in the future"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only had one night here so didn't get to appreciate the surroundings and facilities. Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders) Lovely, clean, and fresh room. **The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing Will visit again"

"The hotel has great location with a path leading straight down to Alvor beach. There is a boardwalk that runs alongside the beach allowing for a scenic 20minute stroll into Alvor town. The hotel grounds are nicely landscaped and we enjoyed the outdoor activities including Padel and mini golf. There’s also an adults only infinity pool in a more secluded spot. The room was spacious with a large balcony, comfortable beds and soft crisp sheets. A large TV in the room had ample international channels. The bathroom was spacious with a shower/ bath enclosure which seems to be standard. There is food available all day as breakfast runs into brunch then lunch. The main restaurant closes 2.30pm until dinner at 630pm. And you can have snacks at the pool bar during this period. On The lower around level there is a games area and an indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Children can use the pool. The entertainment team provide is a kids club and usually some games eg pétanque in the afternoon. We enjoyed the history walk into Alvor with Theresa who is friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable of the area. Shout out to Ruben in the coral bar who makes a great Caipirinja."

Renamed og omformeret.Swissly renoveret som nyt.Nu er det vigtigste problem manglen på opbevaring i det, der synes mindre soveværelser på trods af voluminøse balkoner. Simpelthen er opbevaring utilstrækkelig for to gæster i mere end en uge, maksimal.Lad mig beskrive ............ en lille [4-fod høj?] åben metal garderobe jernbane med fem faste tøjhåndtag.Fire eller fem åbne hylder ved siden af dette jernbane. En besat af værelserne sikkert.I alle andre henseender er det fint.Personalet er godt og fyldt og nyttigt.Beliggenheden er den bedste i byen!"
