"With most hotels in Los Angeles costing over $1000, this one, at just over $700, immediately stands out for its excellent value. The hotel's environment is exceptionally high quality for this price point, and I was very pleased to find free parking, Chinese-speaking staff, and congee for breakfast. However, there are a couple of downsides. Firstly, it's quite a distance from Hollywood and Beverly Hills. If your itinerary is centered around those areas, I'd recommend staying closer to Burbank. Secondly, the facilities could use some improvement. The breakfast area is a bit small, and while there are washing machines and dryers, they look quite old and worn. Plus, there's only one set, which means long waits during peak times. It would be great if they could add more."

"One of the dirtiest motel hotels we have ever stayed in my life socks turned black after 30 minutes there were bugs in the room. The tub was dirty and to top it off there was hair in the beds that wasn’t ours. I would never recommend this place to anyone ."
