"LIRE ABSOLUMENT VOL D'ARGENT!!! / READ BEFORE BOOKING MONEY STEALING DON'T BOOK A ROOM THERE!!! My friend and I stayed in the hotel in early October 2025 for 3 nights. I noticed when leaving the hotel that 350€ was missing in my wallet. My wallet and all my money stayed in the hotel room for the whole stay, we are convinced our money was stolen by the cleaning ladies. On top of that, the locker was broken so I couldn't use it. When confronting the staff, they denied the situation, said they made an investigation but then came back to us saying they couldn't find anything and it's probably our fault and that we "lost the money". This situation is infuriating knowing that my money was hidden in my bag, meaning someone searched into it."

"My money was stolen 5 minutes after I checked in. I went downstairs from the room to ask for the WiFi password, and the service staff seamlessly entered the room without permission. When I went upstairs, I told the front desk that my money was stolen, and then checked the surveillance. It took 4 hours for the boss to come. After he came, he said he would give a satisfactory answer. 3 days have passed and there is still no movement. It is obviously a habitual offender. The surveillance is there, but they still make excuses. The police do nothing. If such a hotel can still be on the platform, then they are accomplices. I have complained for a day, but it is still not closed."

"Ideally located in a lively area with all amenities around. However far from major tourist sites. Tastefully furnished, the hotel is very well kept. No connecting rooms but suite 205, overlooking a very quiet street, can accommodate 2 single beds at the back of the room while remaining comfortable. For two people it is even suitable for a long stay given the size and furniture. It has adjustable air conditioning in the room. Very good quality mattresses and bed linen and very clean. Impeccable cleanliness of the toilets and superior quality of the towels with provision of bathrobes. No water outages 😉. Fridge in the room, the hotel offers you two bottles of water every day in addition to a welcome tray of local tea (no coffee too bad but the reception can serve you some on request). Rich and varied breakfast with fresh fruits, cereals and more... But the big plus of this hotel is its team: day and night receptionists, room and breakfast staff. Available, helpful, friendly and funny in a generous word like their city: Algiers. We will come back"
