Tenuta Mosè Charming House&Relais Gallipoli

"Let me start with the positives. Masseria Tenuta Mosé is an incredibly beautiful location. An old country house that has been completely renovated. Everything exudes class and charm. It is, therefore, not cheap. We paid €325 per night and stayed for 4 nights. For a service job, you are entitled to expect something. Unfortunately, not everything met expectations. - Although it was reasonably quiet in the hotel, we were given a room in an annex. A bit of a walk (dark in the evening). - The air conditioning didn't work the first night. After some complaining, that was fixed. - There was no shower head. - There was no coffee maker in the room. - We did not receive clean towels twice. We used the same towels for three days. - No towels at the pool. We had to go get them ourselves. - No seats on the chairs on the terrace by the room. - No new toilet paper twice. - No staff at the pool bar. These are all minor issues, but for the amount we paid, they are quite a lot. The restaurant is a bit stiff. Nice service, but very formal (dressed in black tailcoats). The menu was also uninspiring. The food was okay, but not great. Positive: As mentioned, an incredibly beautiful location. Breakfast is super. Beautiful pool and garden. I think it would be a beautiful wedding venue. Not something we would repeat."

"A very luxurious, clean palazzo. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and the staff (especially Salvatore - owner) is very helpful with tips on places to visit and especially to eat! We would recommend this hotel for everyone visiting the Salento area."

"Vores ophold på denne indkvartering var helt perfekt!Nedstødt i en smuk oliventræ, følte ejendommen virkelig som at gå ind i et luksuriøst paradis fra det øjeblik, vi ankom. Det private, lukkede område giver en følelse af segregation og ro, der er svært at finde andre steder.Boligen selv var uforskammet, og at have vores egen terrasse var en fantastisk bonus, perfekt til afslapning. Poolen var et dejligt tillæg, der tilbød en opfriskende flugt.Frugt hver morgen var fremragende, med et vidunderligt udvalg af hjemmelavede produkter, der virkelig forbedrede oplevelsen. Sidst men ikke mindst var vores vært, Sarah, utroligt venlig og opmærksom, hvilket gjorde os føle velkommen og omsorg for hele vores ophold.Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage til dette fantastiske sted!"

"Vi har lige opholdt os en nat i Villetta del Salento, og vores oplevelse var usædvanlig. Vi er kommet sent og er blevet velkommen af ejeren. Dejlige værelser dekoreret med smag og utrolig komfort, rummelige badeværelse dekoreret i ånd safari, gulv med te, kaffe og flaske vand tilbydes i køleskabet. Privat terrasse med udsigt over den sompe have med smukke essenser. Ved at vågne har man det indtryk af at være i Tropiques 🌴🦜🌺. Fruemad er lækker og vi tog den til stranden. Alt er meget omhyggeligt og der er et valg for de bagerier, kager, ost. Vi har tilbragt et dejligt øjeblik og gæsterne er så venlige. Det er en adresse at opdage absolut for at opdage Gallipoli og strandene. Den eneste lille punkt er lydløshed mellem værelserne. Man hører naboerne til det nærliggende værelse."
