"Not a lot to say about this place. First of all, there’s no way to personally control the temperature of the room because it’s centrally controlled. When we reported that our room was too hot about 24 celcius, the receptionist told us to open the window. Our room above a construction site and the noise coming from that plus the traffic and the music coming from the gym across the road was too much. The music was on until 9pm. It’s hard to sleep in a hot and noisy environment. Every time we went out, I dread going back to the hotel knowing that it’s going to be another awful night. We slept with the window open. Never experienced that in any other hotels we stayed in all these years. March 17, we came back to the hotel and it was very warm outside, we asked the man in the reception if we could have some ice, he had to look at the lady sitting in the dining area as if asking for approval and when I looked at the same direction I saw the lady nod at him. Then he took the tiny paper cup and I told my husband and I said this is a joke. I saw the lady stood up and went to tell the guy to use the bigger glass. Seriously! Does it hurt to give complimentary ice to hotel guests? Do they not know that without the hotel guests they will have no business and jobs? Bad customer service."
