"I stayed here recently and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The hotel is old, outdated, and has zero charm. The rooms are small and while they’re somewhat clean, they’re crawling with bugs. Not exactly what you want when you’re trying to relax. The pool area is basically an extension of the restaurant, which explains why they’re so strict about outside food or drinks — but it’s still ridiculous. You’re not allowed to bring anything with you, not even a snack. They clearly just want to force you to buy their overpriced food and drinks, which aren’t worth it. Speaking of food: the breakfast was soggy and bland, and dinner on the first night was even worse. We didn’t bother going back after that. There is no atmosphere whatsoever. The hotel bar is the most depressing place I’ve ever been. The barman just stares at one of four TVs showing football. No music, no welcome, no vibe. We stayed for an hour just to play pool and it felt like a wake. The bed? Lumpy. The only thing that worked properly was the air conditioning — and that’s about the nicest thing I can say. For the money they charge, this place is a joke. Buggy, boring, and joyless. Avoid."

"The hotel's biggest advantage is its location on the best beach, Falesia. The views are picturesque. The hotel itself is small, but the grounds are well-planned, with several spots to enjoy the scenery. It's very beautiful and cozy. I booked a standard room, and they gave me a very old room on the second floor with a view of the parking lot. The room had a strong musty smell, old carpeting, and there were constant renovation noises from the parking area. I have allergies, so staying in such a room was very uncomfortable. Therefore, I had to pay an extra 70 euros for one night to switch to a sea-view room. They gave me a room on the fourth floor, in a different wing. This room was a bit smaller, and there wasn't a strong musty smell, especially with the balcony open, but the sea view definitely made up for everything! The breakfasts are excellent, service is good, and there's yoga and stretching offered throughout the day. There's both an outdoor and an indoor pool. In May, it's still a bit cold, so you can't really swim much. The staff are pleasant and try their best to help with everything."

Tænkte, det ville være ret på grund af afsæsonen, men det var travlt på grund af tre store fodboldklub kom også til weekenden.Vores værelse var i en blok.Et lille skridt fra hovedreceptionen og restauranten.Vi bookede standard værelse, så det forventede ikke meget alligevel. Værelset var fint.Der var aircondition i rummet, men ingen varme.Prøvede 30-grader med det, men rummet var ikke varmt nok.Toilet mangler håndvask, ingen sæbe, ingen slips.I bund og grund ingen toiletter som forventet fra 4-stjernede hotel. Positivt var hovedrestaurant Jacs.Vi bookede halvbordet.Frukost var okay.Men den bedste del var middag.Themed middag hver nat.God service og hurtig genfyldning.Har udendørs pool og sauna.Ocean Bar er god til solskinsigt. Beliggenheden var god.Strand er gåafstand.Pub/Club/Supermarket/restauranter er 5-10 min gåafstand.Så langt så godt.Jeg anbefaler."

"The hotel has been recently renovated and is generally very elegant, with lovely lounge areas, terraces, etc. However, it lacks a gym and perhaps more entertainment. The breakfast and dinner buffet is adequate, but not overly high-quality. The cuisine is varied but safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few minor improvements, we'd be talking about a 5-star rating."

"We stayed here in March, lovely hotel rooms were spotless bed and pillows nice and comfy and room cleaned every day 😁 it was quiet but very relaxing which is what we needed, the pool area was also lovely and clean we didn't try the pool as too cold but we used the heated pool and hottub downstairs which was really nice, the staff were lovely and helpful and there's a shopping centre literally just around the corner which was very handy. We downloaded the bolt app which was just great taxi was there within minutes the only gripe I have it that it was very expensive for a short (drink) €29 for 2 captain Morgans and a coke, but all in all a great hotel and lovely relaxing holiday 😁"
3HB Falésia Beach
"This place is genuinely nice - everything is new - everything is clean and everything works as it should. I have stayed at 3HB hotels before and the concept is fabulous. We were fortunate to go after the summer school holiday rush so the place was peaceful and efficient. The rooms are extremely comfortable absolutely clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and everything is fresh and it doesn't end until 11am which is great for a slow start to the day. The private premium areas are a great addition where 'certain guests' can enjoy peace and a heated pool, plus an amazing spa, gym and free drinking water all day long. Drinks prices are reasonable for the standard of the hotel and location. Room maintenance and cleaning is 5 star. None of those pesky messages asking you to re-use your towels to save whatever. I am paying premium and I want premium - not to be told to save the hotel money on washing. Every day you get fresh towels, fresh beds and a choice of 4 different pillows from super soft to very firm. My only criticisms are as follows and they are all very minor: 1. Smoking is only allowed in select areas and there are never any ashtrays available and those areas do not have umbrellas to shade you from the heat. You can however smoke on your balcony in peace. 2. Apart from the breakfast which is amazing, I found the daytime food selection rather bland. It was good, but nothing outstanding. They have a buffet if you want to eat a truckload of food but I always find that I cannot appreciate a dish when served in buffet style as you lose the flavours to all the other options available. However; to be fair to them the buffet was good and priced at 33 Euros per person which is a typical hotel price. 3. The walk to the beach is a bit of a schlep, especially if you struggle with stairs and climbing a hill but once you get down to the beach it's very pleasant and two fish restaurants to choose from - both good. In conclusion I will definitely be returning to 3HB next visit to Portugal. Their Faro hotel is also wonderful but I will put that in a separate review."
