The breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. When we experienced problems with our rental car and unexpectedly had to stay an extra night in San José, they went above and beyond to assist us. Although they were fully booked, they helped us find another hotel and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. We truly appreciated their kindness and support during a stressful situation."
