"My second stay at the Holiday Inn Express Aksu perfectly validated the "worth repeating" assessment. From the details to the overall experience, everything made the trip more relaxed. The hotel's location remains a stellar advantage, close to Huaneng Trade City and Populus euphratica Park. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and my friends and I could easily walk back after shopping. Parking is also incredibly convenient, with easy access by simply raising the barrier gate. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are of excellent quality. The rooms, starting at 36 square meters, are spacious enough that even with our luggage, we didn't feel cramped. The separate shower and bathroom have hot water that comes out quickly, and the combination of soft and firm pillows ensured we both got a good night's sleep. The service was full of heartwarming details. Jack at the front desk was exceptionally patient with check-in and local travel advice, a stark contrast to his initial awkwardness; this time, he was noticeably more professional. The laundry room was perfect for my friend and me, and the gym, though small, was well-equipped. A workout here was very relaxing, and the robot food delivery service saved us a lot of trouble when we got home late. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations – seven hot dishes plus fried rice, noodles, and salad. It seemed like a wider variety than last time. We enjoyed our meal while planning our day – very pleasant indeed! Overall, the practicality and comfort here perfectly meet our travel needs. I'll most likely choose this place again next time I'm in Aksu."

"The beautiful receptionist was very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and equipped with smart technology. Laundry and a fitness center are all available. The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.) I'd say this hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. I give it a thumbs up. 👍👍👍"

"The appearance of the homestay is rich in ethnic characteristics and the environment is quiet. It is very convenient as it is within easy reach of the Old Street Night Market. Unfortunately, the software is inadequate, especially for breakfast service. There is only one cook and one waitress, who are unable to handle more than 20 guests at the same time. There was a suspected dispute between them, which made the service even worse! The most outrageous thing is that the breakfast package really only includes food, and drinks are at your own expense, including water! I've never tried a breakfast package but had to pay for water!"

"The air conditioner in the bedroom wasn't working and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. There was a musty smell and cigarette smoke permeated the air. The breakfast buffet was insufficient for the number of guests, and no food was replenished, even though it was during breakfast time."

"This was the first time I encountered this kind of situation at the Dexin Hotel. I was relaxing in the hotel when a piercing alarm suddenly blared for over five minutes straight: "Emergency, evacuate!" The power was completely out, and the phone was disconnected. I quickly informed my family and rushed from the 15th floor, carrying my suitcase and backpack, to the first floor. It turned out to be a fire test. What was terrifying about this incident was: 1. Why wasn't the fire test announced in advance? 2. The power was completely out, and the phone was disconnected. I had to run from the 15th floor carrying my heavy luggage to the first floor. 3. Most importantly, I was so frightened. I had already thought of my last words, and under such pressure, my whole body was shaking. I went downstairs and called 110 to complain. 110 transferred the call to the city government, who then reported the situation to the mayor's hotline. I have no other requests, except that future safety inspections will be announced in advance, otherwise I'd be really scared. I felt the hotel handled the situation poorly."

"Facilities: Fully equipped and new, the overall feeling is very comfortable! The gym and laundry room are very convenient! The breakfast is also quite good. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, both in the rooms and other parts of the hotel! Environment: Conveniently located near the city center and airport, and very quiet at night! Service: Highly recommended! All the staff are very service-oriented! The complimentary fruit in the room, various small reminders, and even warm bottled water on cold days are all very thoughtful details. Thank you to the staff for their efforts! It feels like a warm and welcoming hotel! Overall, highly recommended! Excellent value for money and service!"
