"We stayed at Bn Thermal Hotel, arriving on the 14th and departing on the 15th. When I went down to the pool, I looked for a waiter to order coffee, but no one attended, so I called reception. They said they would send someone, but 10 minutes passed and still no one was there. I called again, and this time they said, "They must be busy," without even an apology. I then asked the lifeguard, and to their credit, they made and brought the coffee to me, not wanting to offend a customer. But that's not all… There was a white stain on the edge of the bed; we don't know what it was. While relaxing by the pool, two people came up to me, ruining my enjoyment, and without even saying "excuse me," they insisted in a pushy manner, "You need to wear a swimming cap." Imagine two people suddenly approaching you while you're relaxing. The woman from guest relations was very rude, especially in the mornings at the pool; they have no idea how to treat customers. But that's not the main problem. The pool was 42 degrees Celsius, and the floor was slippery; I didn't pay attention at the time. While drinking my coffee, I looked and saw strange objects floating in the water. I never went into that pool again. The next day, in the same area, in the 38-degree pool, I saw some brown, sticky dirt, or whatever it was, growing on the edge. Microbes already thrive in thermal water, and it's a huge disappointment that this hotel doesn't care about customer health in this way. I felt nauseated, and we felt terrible the next day. This hotel failed miserably and is falling further and further in our estimation."

"The room floor was not very clean 😕 — when walking barefoot my feet became dirty from the dust. Also, there was a small design flaw in the bathroom floor and the décor felt a bit uncomfortable. "My experience at Noax Hotel in Mersin was very poor due to a serious incident that does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. On April 24, I left the hotel at 6:00 PM for dinner and returned at 9:30 PM. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find one person inside the room and another person in the bathroom. When I asked why they were there, they informed me that they were new guests who had just been assigned the room, despite clearly noticing that there were bags and clothes inside, indicating that the room was already occupied. According to their account, they had contacted the front desk to report that the room was not vacant. Nevertheless, the reception sent a bellboy to the room, who proceeded to collect all my personal belongings, including my clothes and luggage, and moved them to the hotel lobby without my knowledge or consent. I immediately went to the reception desk to inquire about why my belongings had been removed and why other guests had been assigned my room. The staff apologized and claimed it was a “mistake.” The duty manager also came and offered a verbal apology. However, what happened goes far beyond a simple administrative error. It constitutes a serious breach of privacy and a significant failure in professional conduct, especially considering that my belongings were handled in a careless and disrespectful manner, and that sensitive personal items, including my personal computer and documents, were in the room. This incident negatively affected my mood and caused discomfort throughout my entire stay. Despite my request for a formal written apology explaining the incident, none was provided, with the justification that it was merely a mistake and that my belongings had not been stolen. Based on the above, my evaluation of this stay is very poor. What occurred represents a serious professional failure that does not align with the standards expected from a hotel of this category."

"Hotellet er på en travl gade med mange butikker, men ikke for travlt til at køre ind og ud af hotellet.Vi kunne gå til restauranter, små supermarkeder, butikker, banker, apoteker og havet gå fra hotellet. Mens bygningen er lidt ældre, blev faciliteterne meget godt vedligeholdt og opdateret.Elevatorer, badeværelser, aircondition, pool osv. var alle i meget gode forhold.Personalet var mest fantastisk, høfligt og meget hjælpsomt. Frugtservice er en oplevelse, der ikke skal gå glip af. Hvis du ikke kunne lide noget om hotellet, vil du glemme, når du kommer til morgenmad (omkostningerne var inkluderet i vores værelsespris.) Jeg havde ikke energi til at bruge motion (varm, masser af gåture, andre ting at gøre... Men jeg så ikke eller læste om en i hotellet.Poolen var smuk og knap nok brugt.Hvis du skal have en gym så gå med et andet hotel, ellers holder du dig til dette.Du vil ikke fortryde det."

"The Sultasa Hotel in Mersin can, at best, be described as 'adequate'. The Sultasa is an old hotel that is in reasonable condition however there are areas of it that require attention. On arrival none of the staff present were English speaking which made checking in quite long winded and difficult. Quite probably due to the language issue, I was not given the option of staying in a non-smoking room. As a non-smoker I therefore found the stale smoke-smelling bedding and aircon very unpleasant. Furthermore, other guests of the hotels found it necessary to slam their doors shut in the early hours of the morning (1-2am). I would not recommend this hotel to any first-time travellers to Mersin. The benefits of the lower cost versus the Hilton etc were lost relative to the (low) quality of the experience at the Sultasa."

The pillows were uncovered and covered in mold, and there were cockroaches everywhere, both large and small. This isn't a hotel for humans; it's a BUG-INFESTED HOTEL ROOM! How can anyone possibly leave good reviews for this place? Are these paid reviews, by any chance? There is absolutely no justice in this. It's a genuine shame and a sin that we're paying you for such appalling conditions."

"We stayed at Hotel Vista from March 9 to 15, 2025, and absolutely nothing about this stay was positive. During the day it was 33 degrees outside, but the heating was still on. Apparently, it is “still heating season.” Incomprehensible. Additionally, the room next to ours was rented out twice at night for just a few hours. It seemed like a workspace. There was an enormous amount of noise. When we complained about this at the reception, we were blithely told that the room had not been occupied. In other words: we are being portrayed as liars. Ridiculous. The breakfast was a farce every day. When we asked where the regular breakfast was, we were told that it was Ramadan. I understand that, but then you shouldn't charge money for a breakfast that isn't there. That is simply hypocritical. For us, this is truly the last time at this hotel.
