"Hotel Taj Resorts is a great choice if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal. The location is excellent, less than 1km from the East Gate, making it easy to reach the monument early in the morning. On clear days, the rooftop restaurant even offers views of the Taj Mahal. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the property feels a bit dated with older furnishings and facilities, but everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist."

"While our overall stay at the hotel had its bright spots, our experience was heavily overshadowed by the unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism from the female receptionist. We had planned a last-minute trip with our family, which was already stressful because my father was not feeling well. We needed to visit the Taj Mahal, but due to running late and struggling to find a vehicle, our trip took a maximum of about two hours. Despite us agreeing to pay any extra charges—and even paying an extra 1,000 as she demanded—the receptionist subjected us to unnecessary harassment: Constant Harassment: She repeatedly called us multiple times while we were trying to visit the monument and care for my elderly father. Unprofessional Arguments: She argued with us in the lobby right before we left. Lack of Empathy: She aggressively pressured us to check out immediately, completely ignoring my father’s visible age, vulnerability, and health issues. As a family, we prioritize our loved ones' comfort above everything else, especially during health difficulties. This receptionist clearly lacks the training, empathy, and basic customer service skills required to respect and treat guests properly. On a positive note, the rest of the hotel staff and the security team were very helpful and polite, and the hotel itself was good. However, management urgently needs to retrain the front desk staff on customer hospitality and respect."

"Premium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll."

"Dette var vores anden ophold efter 2022-23.Denne tids ophold var skuffende primært på grund af dårlig serviceforvaltning.Ved ankomsten hjalp ingen med at hente eller bære bagage til rummet. Efter check-in bad jeg om drikkevand, men trods gentagne opfølgninger tog det næsten en time at levere vand til rummet. De fleste hotelpersonale syntes at være fuldt beskæftiget med at lede en bryllupsceremoni og afholde en konference på to forskellige grunde samtidig inden for ejendommen. Selv om begivenhederne er forståelige, bør regelmæssige hjemmegæster ikke lide på grund af dårlig prioritering og personale. Hvad gør oplevelsen værre, er priserne.Rummets priser er højere end de berømte femstjernede hoteller som Taj i Agra, men servicestandarderne falder langt under selv grundlæggende gæstfrihedsforventninger. Jeg ville tænke to gange, før jeg valgte denne ejendom igen."

Room was not “clean”as suggested. - shower was decent enough. - On departure staff were constantly pestering us about taking our bags when we were NOT ready. Went to our other room to see family and on way 3 different people asked us about bags. (the room was next door) and then 2 different people proceeded to knock at our door to ask. (it was 7am)."

The Taj Street staff are great and will attempt to ensure your request are met and that you have a memorable visit. Taj Street do a great breakfast and provide a menu of dishes at a reasonable price. We will certainly return to Taj Street just for the convenience, room, and staff."

I had to request a sheet change as they were dirty, but thankfully, it was taken care of promptly. The room service person was great to deal with—constantly on the move, attending to other rooms as well. Hats off to him! That said, the drainage system needs improvement. Water was clogging up, and the toilets were not flushing properly. Additionally, there were no shampoo or conditioner amenities available for guests."
