"I had an awful experience with Cuba Agonda and would highly recommend staying far away from this hotel. I booked a sea-facing villa from MMT website, and despite never actually staying there, I was charged Rs. 15,000. The whole situation was extremely frustrating. my 3-year-old daughter has a health issue due to the weather and we submitted all required documents to their official email There was no communication from their end—no call, no email, nothing at all. I had no idea why the money was taken until I reached out and was told it was due to their "terms & policies," which is a complete scam. It’s clear that Cuba Agonda is exploiting unsuspecting customers by charging them unfairly as I have seen others review now that this is very common issue in this property. There was zero effort to communicate with me beforehand, and they completely disregarded any attempt to resolve the issue. I strongly advise against booking with them—this hotel is nothing but a scam. (see here I attached Screenshot of Communication see they do not reply at all) Save your money and your peace of mind!"

"Rating: 0/5 Don’t Waste your time and Money*** We have recently visited Agonda Paradise during the last week of April’25. We booked 2 nights stay and unfortunately, our experience was TERRIBLE and would definitely not want any tourist to go through this as soon as they reach Goa. We went to Goa for a vacation but the owner messed our vacation from beginning itself!! Her name is Sheetal and she was very rude, no sense of Hospitality!!!! We were two MARRIED couples ***** with one of our SIBLING… When we reached first thing they asked us to show ID proof proving our family relations. We gave them our WEDDING CARDS and Showed them our WEDDING REAL Photos yet the owner denied the proofs!! She was very ADAMANT and looks like she already made her mind to not allows us to stay!!! We asked for extra room Sheetal denied!! We asked for extra matterress she denied!!! She wanted to know relationship of five of us and inspite of giving all the evidence Madam was not in mood to give us rooms.. She started denying because we question her back about her Hotel policy where it is mentioned SIBLINGS CANNOT stay together!!! When we asked her what about people who are in live in and how she takes proof of them.. she said she know who is telling truth and she can predict who can marry in further so based in that she allows guests!!! She first denied and refused to give our refund!!! She spoke very ruthlessly to us.. we were her guests and it’s not like she was giving it for free!!! All payments were made in advance… we were frustrated because we travelled for 14hours by road, reached around 4pm it was extremely hot!! They did not provide any water/welcome drink!!! The issue is not that she denied.. but her EGO was more important than the guests who have come for a vacation!!! Some, maturity is required for this lady!! She needs to undergo some Hospitality training!!!"

"A good solid accommodation, directly on the beach. Price performance good. The Resort has a restaurant on the beach promenade. Good food at a relatively cheap price. A staff member in the restaurant has been highly competent and very friendly (thank you for the tips for Dharamshala ☺️). The room is functional and very simple, AC works well. Unfortunately, more smell in the bathroom. Warm water usually only for a short time. Overall very solid accommodation."

On the ground floor there is a cafe and a bar with a huge selection of food and drinks. Excursions and tours are offered throughout Goa. "Sea view in garden, for 6 nights. Positives • Great view with privacy, and sun beds with towel. • Good feel with quirky garden and lots of plants • Gave us another room for early check in, which was very much appreciated after a long journey. Negatives • Accommodation in need of update. (walls dirty, wiring exposes and not finished) • Too many dogs in the property (sleeping on chairs and sun beds) • Breakfast included, but is very limited. • Not supposed to bring alcohol onto the premises. Surely that’s like saying you can’t drink at home without a license. Overall, not a bad stay, especially if you want peace and quiet. Felt it was a little over priced for the quality of room, and that there are better quality and value properties to choose from in Agonda. A little TLC on the rooms would elevate this to a great stay."

"This is the best place for people who come to goa to relax and spend some time close to nature. Starting with host and staff , all of them are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They have their own restaurant just by the beach and serves some real tasty food. Always ask for the catch of the day to have some freshly cooked fish. We stayed at the place for 3 nights and it was worth every penny i spend there. The cottages are very comfortable , with just enough sevices you will need for a beach stay. All the cottages have their own balconies with a table and 2 chairs. They have around 15 sea view cottages and all of them are just a 10 metre away from the beach. Will recommend everyone to give this place a try."

"We stayed at New Common Home for 4 nights. We booked Deluxe room with side Sea view. I will highly recommend this resort to anyone who is planning to visit Agonda beach. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. All the rooms have either complete or partial sea view. The behavior of all the staff members is exceptional. The breakfast which they serve is one of the best we have had at any resort. They have ample parking spots for both 2 and 4 wheelers. Their manager, Mr Guru is a gem. He was able to address all our concerns immediately. In future, if I plan to visit Goa/Agonda, I would love to stay at New Common Home again."
