"This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back."

"Run away! I just left this place. I paid for two nights, but my daughter and I left the next day. The receptionist was cold, with no conversation, just the formalities. I even got the impression she was mocking me with the looks she exchanged with her colleague. Arriving in the room, we were very disappointed: two camp beds with a mattress only 10cm thick. No electrical outlets, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. Then, surprise! A small gift bag. "Ah, maybe a little treat?" Well, no, it was a sponge with small bottles of cleaning product and a garbage bag. We had a nervous laugh. Under the dining table—yes, under the table—there was a bucket with an old mop and dustpan. I've never seen anything like it. In the toilet, there was a broom and a filthy dustpan. After 7 pm, to get to our room, we had a treasure hunt, which at least amused my daughter. With a keycard, we had to go through a building, enter the first code, then go outside, walk alongside another building, and enter another access code. No Wi-Fi and almost no signal, a ridiculously tiny TV. And that's not all... In short, avoid this place! I come to Cap d'Agde three times a year and have never been disappointed by the accommodations or the staff, but this was a first. I lost 92 euros, but I couldn't afford another night; one was enough. The hostess refused to refund my €60 deposit, which I paid by credit card, even though I was leaving the next day. She told me, "Since your departure is tomorrow, the refund will be processed tomorrow." I had to insist. And to make matters worse, she tried to charge me the daily tax for the following day before I left. I refused, and she practically threatened me to pay the €4. I paid her €2 for the previous night; I didn't give her a choice. I lost €92 for a night I paid in advance that I didn't even stay in, and on top of that, she's threatening me with the daily tax. Seriously, you should change careers. I've stayed in many residences in Cape Town over the past 20 years, and I've always received a warm welcome. The residences and hotels were great, all at the same price. You're being arrogant, madam. Run away and book a hotel for the same price. Okay, the location isn't bad, but comfort in a rental is also important."

"Bjr , det er flere år siden jeg kom til dette feriecenter, c er tjrs en stor fornøjelse, personalet mm hvis det ændrer sig ofte er meget nyttig og sympatisk, direktør tjrs opmærksom mm hvis i år vi ikke har meget som følge af en skade ( god genoprettelse især) mad er fremragende, baren og barer er super og den lille opmærksomhed til at servere sjove mund om aftenen på apero er meget godt, fordi man ikke kan finde det fra de andre Sowell centre , boligerne er ikke nyere, selvfølgelig men bekvem, swimmingpoolen er fantastisk, vedligeholdelse af parken meget godt også, havet har 10. 15 mm fod , Agde vej 25 mm fod Endelig meget god ophold, brav og lykønskninger til alle medarbejdere På næste år, fordi i september vil vi til Sowell Port Grimaud God fortsættelse M.Mathien"
