"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly polite. It was definitely worth the money I paid. I also got to try both types of private open-air baths, and the in-room open-air bath was spacious enough. All the meals were delicious and thoroughly satisfying. My only minor disappointment was that the next course was brought out very quickly, one after another, before I had even finished the previous one. This might have been because we had the 8 PM dinner slot. I'd recommend booking your dinner time early if you can. I wasn't able to choose and only had the 8 PM slot available. Also, I was advised that the earlier breakfast slots were recommended and that other times might not allow me to fully enjoy the meal, but that wasn't the case at all. Everything was fine."

"This was an extremely poor experience with no customer-centric approach whatsoever 👎👎👎: there was absolutely no service response, staff attitude was extremely rude, and handling was utterly inflexible. To make matters worse, despite falling seriously ill during my stay, I received zero care or consideration, and my request for a partial refund was flatly denied. Given the exorbitant price and complete lack of service, it was terrible value. "Super hyggelig ryokan med fin lille onsen. Store værelser med eget toilet. Placeringen er fantastisk, da den ligger 3 minutters gang fra pladsen med de varme kilder. Vores vært var virkelig sød og hjælpsom. Han sørgede for skøn opredning af vores senge, mens vi var ude i byen, som har masser at byde på i form af sightseeing og god mad. Vi spiste tempurastegte lokale svampe på Kamon, som klart er en anbefaling værd. Vi følte os virkelig godt tilpas i byen og på vores ryokan."

"Stedet var så smukt og smukt i vinteren.Badefaciliteterne er enorme og forskellige, men der kan være en lang kø nogle gange for de private badeværelser.Kaiseki-middagen var imponerende.En lille gåtur fra Yubatake, men de har en skibsservice."
