"Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress. Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas. There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal. The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager. Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning."

Electricity and generator are not working, breakfast is tasteless and the same thing is served, we were eating in the dark, lift is not working, swimming pool is not hot water, we can't even get water for bathing, we are very difficult to use toilet, even this whole day no staff or management members not care. It's a frustrating experience. It shows that they were not well prepared from the beginning."

"Hotel location was not so great. Breakfast was better, but lunch was just okay. However, I really enjoyed their roasted potatoes. I was surprised that the hotel had some fresh spicy chili paste. Limited English, but all the staff were smiling and extremely helpful. Service is the highlight. Comfortable and spacious room, and a pretty room. The room was fresh and clean, and the bed was perfect. However, the sad thing was that the amenities in the room were poor. The plug was not working for boiling water. The shower head was out of its socket, most of the stainless steel was rusted and dirty, and there was a lot of clogged hair. The toilet was old and lot of used shampoo containers. The room needed a dere renovation. It was a great privilege to some of their old traditional tea seting at the reception which gives a authentic vibe.Overall the hotel was great after for a good rest after a long flight."
