"The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. When I asked them why cant they make it work once and for all, a receptionist told me it happens when we carry the card along with other cars such as bank visa etc which did not make sense at all considering we ve been travelling a lot and using the same room access card without any trouble at all. Plus, the AC system is very old that makes a lot of noise. I would say the stay was not pleasant and was not justified for the money we paid. I hope they take this comments objectively and make improvements."

"The location of the hotel is relatively remote, close to the river, and the night view is good. It is suitable for staying in spring and autumn. The front desk service was very good and they upgraded us to a river view room for free. The equipment and facilities are old, but well maintained. Very clean and worth staying."

"The first time I stayed in a hotel, I encountered that a double room can only accommodate one person, and two people have to pay the price difference. The platform did not show that I had to pay the price difference when I booked, and it did not say that I had to pay the price difference when I checked in. When I checked out, they would not let us leave and asked us to pay the price difference. I was very angry. It was clear that they were cheating Chinese people. I would like to remind everyone here that everyone must be careful to avoid scams."

"I had a very good stay at this hotel. Most of the aspects were very good - quite spacious room, comfy bed with choice of pillows, nice choice of amenities in the bathroom. Breakfest was also very good, with choice of cold foods and eggs prepared per your wish. The only minus - the entire hotel, like interior, furniture, etc, looks somewhat dated and worn out. All in all - very good experience. "
