Maria manages the complex with enthusiasm and friendliness."

"The villa is beautifully situated, and upon arrival, someone was already waiting for us. The accommodation is clean and a generous welcome package was waiting for us (coffee, tea, beer, wine, and soft drinks). It's a large villa with a garage for 3 to 4 cars. Situated on a dead-end street, it's therefore quiet. On the first floor is a large living room with a matching TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a washing machine. This floor also provides access to the garden with a swimming pool. Here you'll find 4 sun loungers and a dining table with 6 chairs. The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a view of the volcano and a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. This also has a view of the volcano. The other two bedrooms are slightly smaller and each have a separate shower and toilet. The Wi-Fi has excellent signal and is fast. We communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. We had a broken outdoor light, and after reporting it through the app, it was fixed the next day. We were here in November, and around 5 p.m. the sun disappeared behind the hedge by the pool. We then moved to the second floor, where there are also garden chairs, and from there you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. We've seen quite a few houses, but this one is truly a gem."

"We stayed at Apartment El Teide in April/May 2024. It's a very nice place to stay; we slept very well and the beds were comfortable. The separate dining room is charmingly furnished, and the bathroom is also impressively spacious. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need; only the worktop needs a little renovation, which I hear should be done soon ;) The refrigerator could also be a bit bigger. The terrace is fantastic—very large and leaves nothing to be desired. Guests can use the pool, but the sauna is truly wonderful. We were in it every other day. Klaus was a great host who gave us lots of helpful tips. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation."

"Vi havde en fantastisk tid og planer om at vende tilbage næste gang vi er i Tenerife. Jeg havde set anmeldelser, at der ikke var nogen reception, men fandt, at det var helt falsk, det var placeret på gulvet -1 og var åben 8am - 12am, men var også tilgængelige af WhatsApp fttor alle forespørgsler du kan have. Stedet er mere af en lejlighedskomplex, en blanding af ferie lad os og beboere.Vi fandt de beboere, vi mødte for at være super venlige, en gentleman tilbød os endda sin paraply en dag det regnede.Lejligheden selv havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Vi valgte den ene seng bungalow, så børnene var i stuen på sofaen, soveværelset havde to enkeltsenge, der var behagelige, men på den faste side præcis, hvordan vi kan lide det. Der var et stort skabsrum for de fire af os, og badeværelset var en stor størrelse med et badeværelse og bruser, men bruseren kan ikke flyttes så for at stoppe vandet sprayer overalt, hvor du faktisk skal holde det. Gulvfløjen i badeværelset er ikke ubevægelig, så hvis selv et dråbe vand på gulvet og det er lidt af en slipfare.Dette er imidlertid mit eneste klager over stedet, og det er ikke virkelig en klager det er bare en observation. "We had a wonderful stay in this magnificent and magical place. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The welcome was kind and incredibly warm. Everything was provided, and we truly felt at home! The apartments and grounds have been decorated artistically by the owner and are very original; you notice the details of his creations as the days go by. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower. The bedroom was lovely, with wooden floors and pretty bedspreads, and above all, windows overlooking the sea. Every detail has been carefully considered. We loved it! We recommend it 100%.
