"First of all at check in we were proposed to choose between renovated room of the smaller size (which costs much less than the room type we booked) or originally booked, but not renovated. We have chosen the room type according our booking and got an extremely old room with dirty windows and hardly working air conditioner. However, this one was presented to us as an upgrade to see view (no view though because of dirty windows). The next morning we complained about that and were moved to an amazing renovated real sea view room. Which was great. So, I don’t know how to comment on the 5-star hotel because of this experience. If you are lucky or are ok to fight for your comfort, everything will be fine :) Breakfast is amazing, and you can order additionally number of dishes not presented at the Buffet including avocado and salmon. Pool is great too. Also, the bus stop which will get you to museum island is 5 min walking distance."

"This hotel is very nice and in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Maw, who assisted us during check-in and made the process smooth and welcoming. One special highlight was the opportunity to take photos with a falcon, which was a unique and memorable experience. The lobby staff were all very nice and friendly, and they kindly helped us call a taxi. There was also complimentary Arabic coffee available in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was good, and the view was beautiful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended."

"Extremely disappointing stay. My room was not cleaned even once during my entire nine-night stay. Basic necessities such as soap, a waste bin, and even drinking water were not provided. Although the apartment had a closed kitchen, there were absolutely no kitchen utensils or equipment available, making the kitchen completely useless. The overall standard of cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and service was unacceptable. This property is advertised as a “luxury apartment,” but my experience was the exact opposite. Service quality and guest comfort were practically nonexistent. I would definitely not recommend this property."

"This is an apartment hotel with one bedroom, one living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room opens into a double sofa bed, and there's an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with cookware and utensils. It even has a washing machine with a dryer, making laundry very convenient. The location is excellent, right next to the WB Hotel. You can go to the WB Hotel for breakfast, and Warner Bros. World is just outside the WB Hotel. It's also not far from Yas Waterworld, easily accessible on foot. For Ferrari World and SeaWorld, you can take the free shuttle bus."
