"I have nothing really to complain about the hotel or services itself, but the bed is the worst I have ever experienced, it was so hard, sleeping half an hour, waking up from pain, turning around to sleep on the other side, waking up from pain, turning again, and so on. I'm guessing the top mattresses got dirty and worn and to save money you just throw them away and didn't replace with new ones, as top mattresses was missing. I didn't try it but I think the carpet on the floor looked more comfortable than the bed."

"Extremely disappointing stay. My room was not cleaned even once during my entire nine-night stay. Basic necessities such as soap, a waste bin, and even drinking water were not provided. Although the apartment had a closed kitchen, there were absolutely no kitchen utensils or equipment available, making the kitchen completely useless. The overall standard of cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and service was unacceptable. This property is advertised as a “luxury apartment,” but my experience was the exact opposite. Service quality and guest comfort were practically nonexistent. I would definitely not recommend this property."

"Had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown, even though it was just for one night. The hotel and rooms felt fresh, modern, and offered great quality for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Nadira in the breakfast restaurant - she is genuinely hospitable and made the morning experience even better with her warm and attentive service. I was also impressed by a couple of details: the AC was completely silent yet very powerful, which made the room extremely comfortable, and the water machine was something I hadn’t seen in other hotels before - a unique and thoughtful touch. Overall, a great value stay with excellent service."

Og for buffet morgenmad er der ikke meget valg at vælge, og det samme hver dag, så det er lidt trist håb, de havde mere valg for prisen som et andet hotel siden dets 4-stjerne.Men i alt var det en behagelig oplevelse"

"This resort features with all villa setup (each villa in 3 storey design). The first problem is the main entrance where there is a side door of garbage room next to it. I can clearly smell the garbage odour and see the juice when I enter the stairway. My apartment is at the top so when I walked up the stairway I needed to keep my breath. The next problem is about the main bedroom toilet. When I open the door another strong odour smell coming from the drainage. Obviously it was because the U or P traps are running out of water. We quickly poured all holds up and stop using the toilet fans for a while. We tried to ask for changing in the next day. But the resort was fully booked (which is very interesting)."

"I really loved this hotel. I was greeted politely at reception and even got a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! The room was very clean, and they cleaned it every day. I had a beautiful view of the bay. I even had a washing machine, and everything worked perfectly; it had all the essentials. There were no issues with hot or cold water. Everything felt new and looked great. My breakfasts were good and varied, with plenty of choices. The rooftop pool also offered a beautiful view and was heated."
