About 7 mins walk from the Ikebukuro station. Will walk through an entertainment area from train station to hotel, so it might feel a bit uneasy for girls at night. The public bath is a bit small and cannot accommodate many people at the same time. An average score given the price.

The receptionist do speak really good English and so helpful. The room is quite small but have all we need. Good location. And there’s no key or keycard but digital lock. I like it.

Amazing hotel and lovely staff supporting our stay. The Onsen hotspring is a real gamechanger and it feels great. I came exhausted from work but this hotspring has relieved me from all my stress. The breakfast was good, though I miss the bread section with toppings(ham, cheese etc). Definitely a recommendation if you want to stay in ikebukero.

stayed at the hotel for just 2 nights. it is okay for little days. location is walkable distance from train station and alot of things nearby. room is smaller than it looks but still managable for a family of 3. would come back here if it is a short stay. service staff was amazing and had alot of free amenities for guests. bathroom cleanliness was okay but on the last day noticed that there was seaweed floating in the bathtub and next day appeared at sink. didnt tell receiptionist as i figured we were leaving already and they will do a cleanup.

Everything is good. Decent breakfast provided . Free hot spring is just nice after a long day walk in Tokyo.

Location is good. Take exit West(N, 20b) and walk straight after cross the zebra cross in front of Family Mart Hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small. I booked a 2 beds (with bunk beds) to have more space for us. There are pillows for you to choose next to the life lobby and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Very convenient. Nothing much for the breakfast. ¥1,000 can eat a lot more outside.

This is the one I will recommend to anyone who visit Tokyo for tour. Everything you nees is prepared and clean. Was really nice to stay here for 2nights.

This place is by far our favorites my friends and I stayed at. Customer service was top notch, the over abundance of amenities was exceptional. And to get around the area was the best accessible just by walking distance. The rooms are small especially if your going in a group setting but if you have a long day it’s the best to just get back and crash for the night

Ikebukuro station doesn't have any lifts or elevators, so it might be inconvenient for travelers who have to carry their luggage. However, the staff and hotel facilities are excellent. We love it!

From checking to checkout, the whole stay was very smooth. The staffs are helpful and nice.

The bed and carpet are not clean. Feel uncomfortable and itching all the time. We been there for 4 nights and during the stay, the housekeeping didn't clean up the room and even the rubbish bin... Imagine the trash has been there with you in the room for 4 days....and In the last day at 10am sharp, the cleaning staff knocking hard on your door and ask you out to check-out room. The whole experience is just ridiculous!

Only 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!
