"I booked my flight on May 29, but the system mistakenly helped me book the hotel for April 29 instead. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot issue a refund for the wrong booking, and I'm really very sad about it.

The hotel is in a great location and there are many delicious restaurants nearby.just a few steps away to the beach.I recommend this hotel!!!

Good experience we had staying at the hotel this time. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again and again.

Easy access to every where! At the heart of Tumon at a very reasonable price.

Great location, nice staff. Unfortunately rooms are not very clean floors go untouched. Not much amenities in the room. Furniture needs a shampoo and deep cleaning along with the carpet in the hallways that smell like mildew. The swimming pool doesn't seem to be treated properly It took a day and a half to get my full vision back.

總體來説還不錯 從機場到酒店要打車大概30刀左右 房間挺乾淨的 前台服務也很好👍🏻 周圍很多吃的離海邊也很近 免税店也都在附近 預訂的潛水和跳傘都是上門來接送的非常不錯👍🏻

2025년 4월에 이용함 호텔 위치는 투몬해변과 가깝고 쇼핑몰 JP Superstore와 면세점 T갤러리아 DFS와도 인접해있어 편리함 하지만 첫날 침대시트에 얼룩이있어서 교환하고 둘쨋날은 수도 파이프 파손으로 그날밤 자정까지 욕실과 화장실을 사용할수 없었음 트러블에 대한 안내와 대응이 없었고 데스크에 연락해서 물어보니 밤 12시에 복구 예정이라는 대답만 들음 그리고 워터 슬라이드가 있는 레이지 리버 앳 타자는 보수중이라 이용할수없었음

便利な場所にありました。 プールがメンテナンス中で小さいプール１つしか使えなかったのが残念だったのと、15時チェックインのはずが掃除が終わっていないと30分くらい待たされました。 日本語が分かる人があまりいなかったようです。

酒店位置很好，出門吃飯逛街都很方便，離海灣也很近，酒店配套也很齊全，早餐自助餐住客可以打9折，性價比高！

相比較日航希爾頓 威斯汀一線海景的五星級酒店，勝在地理位置超級優越，出門就是免税店以及各種餐廳，包括abc超市。Jp Store一個門也開在酒店大堂，門口還有出租車服務枱，去哪裡都很方便。性價比比較好，自助早餐也很豐盛。

房間乾淨整潔大氣，能看一部分海。吃飯方便。周邊有奢侈品店。因為不想緊靠海邊太潮，所以選了這個酒店。在關島屬於性價比超高了。這裏離海一個街，到海邊很近。這是在關島最滿意的一個酒店。
