Our go to hotel in Sydney always feels like home. Great location, great breakfast and facilities. We enjoyed our stay as always.

Check in was easy but staff assigned me to the room with occupants. Luckily it was resolved without big drama. Requested for adaptor but was not sent to the room despite several follow up calls. Otherwise, a good stay in perfect location.

Very nice room and hotel is fantastic location as well in Sydney area close to China Town and QVB

Excellent location. Spacious and clean and comfortable room with good decorations. Breakfast with views to the QVB. Fitness centre and pool/sauna are part of Fitness First, which closes at 9pm. Zeta Bar and Marble Bar are not opened on Sundays.

It is good, but the room is not very big.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Stay at Hilton Sydney – Executive Room 3612 Dear [Hotel General Manager], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hilton Sydney in Executive Room 3612 from February 27, 2025, to March 3, 2025. My experience was marred by several significant issues that were not resolved during my visit: • In-Room Phone Malfunction: The phone in my room was non-functional for the entire duration of my 6-day, 5-night stay, making it very difficult to contact hotel services when needed. • No Internet Connection: There was no internet connection available on my floor, which severely impacted my ability to work and stay connected during my stay. • Poor Management Response: I raised these issues with Duty Manager Ms. Kamola and Front Office Manager Mr. Alex, but their responses were unsatisfactory and demonstrated a lack of responsibility. Their handling of the situation left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. Given Hilton’s reputation for high-quality service, I expected a much better experience. I kindly request a detailed explanation regarding these shortcomings, the measures being taken to address them, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to these matters. Sincerely,

The hotel was very clean and the access was great. You can walk to the Opera House^_−☆

We chose this hotel for its location. Just step outside and you can hop on a tram to head down to Circular Quay or up towards Broadway. Great view from room too. The hotel was very clean; the foyer, the elevators, the hallways and the room. The extra bed for our teenager was very uncomfortable and certainly not worth the quoted $110 per night. We had to ask for extra towels/cup/glassware as there were three of us in the room. The main bed was comfortable but one of the legs/wheels was broken. The main television in the room did not work at all for the first 24 hours of our stay due to a "global network failure". It was only after this was fixed that we were able to discover the amenities/facilities offered by the hotel. Complimentary water bottles were only replenished once in a three-night stay, and used glasses were not always replaced/washed by housekeeping. The staff were pleasant enough but I expected a better overall experience staying at Hilton Sydney.

The breakfast spread wasn't very great. The pool isn't a good pool for a holiday stay although good for swimming as an exercise. The wifi was intermittent.

I frequently stay in hotels in Sydney, and this has been the worst experience. First, I booked a twin room, but when I arrived at 5 p.m., they gave me a double room. When I went downstairs to request a change, they said I had to wait. After complaining, they finally gave me a twin room, but it was the smallest twin bed I’ve ever seen in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Sydney. The next morning, when I left, I forgot to take a T-shirt that was hanging in the wardrobe. I called the hotel the same day to ask about it and was told to wait. After waiting for a whole day, I called again, and the security team said they couldn’t find it from their database. How ridiculous it is! Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again!
