Our 5-day stay at this hotel was the epitome of peace and tranquility. The hotel was immaculately clean, and all facilities were well-maintained. Its location is conveniently close to both Rhodes Town and the Old Town, with only a short 10-15 minute bus ride needed to reach either destination. We found the bus service to be very efficient and easy to use, which made exploring the area a breeze. The highlights of our stay included the spacious facilities, the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the island and sunset, and the incredibly relaxing spa. The rooftop bar quickly became our favorite spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The panoramic views were truly breathtaking, and the sunsets were unforgettable. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, with its perfectly comfortable temperature, and the saunas, which were pleasantly uncrowded during our April visit. It was the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel's beachfront offered a wonderful space to soak up the sun or simply enjoy the breathtaking views, especially in the evening. We spent many evenings strolling along the beach and taking in the beautiful scenery. A special mention must go to the Brazilian receptionist with the red hair (whose name I unfortunately forget!), who truly made our trip exceptional. Her 10/10 service and helpful information on local attractions and travel made our stay so much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and her recommendations were spot on. The only downside was upon arrival at the hotel we were not able to get into our room till almost 4/4.30pm. This is quite annoying as we arrived at 1pm and was told check in is 3pm. Yet we had to wait over an hour extra with no compensation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway with easy access to Rhodes Town and Old Town. The combination of the hotel's serene atmosphere, convenient location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service made for a truly memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

Lovely time. Great weather. Hotel is immaculate and stylish. Pool area is lovely with activities going on if you want them. Food was amazing throughout the week. Themed nights were great too. Staff were all great apart from reception…. They were not very welcoming. Room was cleaned regularly and fresh bottled water every day. Will be back very soon.

We arrived late at night, exhausted, only to be given the wrong room, we booked the superior suit with sea view, and we're given a room that looked like it hadn't been decorated since the 70's. Our rep sorted our actual room the next day but by now we're 18 hours into our holiday. The room we were first given is not even on they're website so be careful. The dinner buffet was the worst I've ever seen and I've been to a lot of hotels, nothing as awful as this one. But if you can live on boiled potatoes and soggy veg, with 1 choice of meat then you'll be OK. The bar staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and often got our drink orders wrong. The champagne bar looked lovely on the picture, except they ran out of champagne every night, even with no customers in that bar as early as 9pm. We went all Inc. But a lot of the drinks were not free, only available for half borders who would have to pay for the branded spirits, I couldn't even have a frozen daiquiri. Wouldn't recommend this hotel but rhodes is beautiful. Just be careful where you stay.

Made our second visit to the Olympic Palace hotel, we enjoyed it first time, but this time around it was far better. It’s an impressive looking hotel, wonderfully located in our favourite resort of Ixia and we were so impressed we’ve already booked for 2026. Reception staff are really helpful, the rooms are excellent with a nice e balcony, the only issue being a double was just two single beds pushed together, something I’d like to see them change for couples. The amenities are great though we don’t really use them but the real joy is in the staff in the restaurant. Such a lovely group from Evangelos who buzzes around keeping the guests smiling to the team in there who always brought a smile and made us welcome. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The highlight of our experience was definitely the food – absolutely delicious, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The Mexican and Mediterranean options stood out in particular, offering both amazing flavors and great atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean and had an incredible view, which we enjoyed every day. We really appreciated that a fresh bottle of water was provided daily. The housekeeping staff were always smiling and friendly, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. As for the downsides, we did notice that much of the staff was quite young and seemed to lack proper training. This was apparent in the way they spoke to guests and served at the restaurants. Unfortunately, our drinks were brought incorrectly on two separate occasions. Overall, despite a few minor issues, our experience was very positive, and we would definitely consider returning.
