The service was great. The staff was very polite and super helpful. The room was so big and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. The ambiance was really relaxing. The view was so amazing at night. The welcome snacks were a cute addition. The fridge was a good idea especially with the hot summer. The bathtub was perfection for one person but would be so nice if two people could hold. The food forbreakfast was great. I loved the variety and the buffet feature was awesome. The location of the hotel is good. It's accessible to a big plaza across the road that has many restaurants and small shops like family mart. It's easily accessible to cars, busses, taxis and if you want metro you can walk further. The pool was so clean and not deep. It also had helpful staff including lifeguards. I'd definitely book again.

Room was good, however, curtain was missing inside the washroom.

Everything was really good. Just that the staff doesn’t speak English. Communication is really difficult.

Our stay was great, the staff is friendly and warm, my friends and I were satisfied with the service, the hotel itself is very beautiful, breakfast is amazing and our room was clean.

Really enjoyed my stay there unfortunately it’s not close to a lot of foreign restaurants only fast food restaurants like McDonald’s KFC and Burger King which if you will stay for a while will get tiring the breakfast was great the hotel is beautiful and the service was good.

I chosed the hotel, because of the good gym. Beside the big gym I was suprised by the good service. The room was big and clean. All the stuff was friendly and helpfully. The breakfast offer a good mix of chinese and western food. All this got for a very reasonable price. If I come to wujiang i will chose this hotel again.

太噁心了。第一天住行政套房，什麼問題沒有，第二天住商務套房喝了酒，回來酒店在房間客廳抽了兩根煙，想去洗手間發現廁所寶潔人員都沒有打掃，太噁心了，排泄物都在裏面。真噁心。連夜退房。很生氣。拍照都覺得噁心。

與家人到吳中遊玩首選東恆盛，五星級酒店不管是前台以及客房很有禮貌，讓我們感受到賓至如歸，就是現在的自助早餐沒有前些年來時的豐富，可能現在的價格擺在那裡。攜程預訂還是很靠譜，便捷的。

老牌五星級了，在吳江區的中心地段吧大概，裝潢也看得出來是高檔次的，不過年代有點久了，房間內部風格還是有點老派了。 另外不懂為什麼洗手池要裝那個過濾頭，出水小，還影響空間。 總體兩三百能在蘇州住這個酒店，性價比還是不錯的。

2502房間，空調製冷差，開了一晚上差不多等於沒開，温度打到最高空調也不出熱風，睡到第二天冷的頭疼，第二天延遲到了2點退房，這點還可以

設施：全面，一應俱全；衞生：乾淨、整潔；環境：相當不錯；服務：熱情，規範；性價比很好，值得推薦，停車也方便，有健身房和游泳池，有小零食配送，四樓的菜餚也好，各方面都很好！
