Castellum Suites - All Inclusive

Yemek seçeneği kısıtlı, herşey dahil olmasına rağmen akşam 10dan sonra lobibar ücretli, minibardaki su bile yenilenmedi, check out günü sabah 9 da kapı kartlarımızı iptal ettiler ve kahvaltıdan sonra giriş yapamadık, resepsiyondaki görevli bugün çıkış yapacağınız için sistem otomatik kapatıyor açıklamasını yaptı. 6 yaşındaki çocuğum odada mahsur kaldı. Küçük karıncalar vardı odada. Tek iyi yanı iki ayrı oda olmasıydı. Üç gün boyunca neredeyse her öğünde aynı menü vardı. Rodos gibi bir adada balık hiç çıkmadı. Su çeşme suyu alırsanız ücretsiz lobibardan alırsanız 1 eur dediler. Otelin konumu iyiydi.

Hôtel bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville, le buffet est très bon et varié. Le bémol : beaucoup de bruits la nuit car beaucoup de jeunes viennent faire la fête dans cet hôtel. Nous avons prévenu la réception et malgré leurs efforts, les nuits étaient malgré tout très agitées.

We stayed for 10 nights at the end of September/beginning October and had some reservations reading reviews but overall it was a nice hotel and we had a lovely holiday Rooms - were clean and functional, bathroom flooded each time we used it due to wet room drainage needing cleaning, but didn’t impact on us, just mopped the floor with the towels which were replaced daily Storage in bedroom was sparse, but having read this we came prepared with collapsible hanging storage shelf from Amazon which assisted Hotel was clean inside and staff were lovely and friendly, however I can see why they may appear grumpy at times due to the incredibly rude, obnoxious people who have no basic manners and never say please or thank you to them and they work very long hours Food - actually was quite good, we have done all inclusive many times and are prepared to have to eat out at night due to poor quality but we didn’t feel the need to do that here, food was tasty , ok could have been warmer at times, but overall no issues at all Bar - area much too small for seating at night which was disappointing and because you couldn’t sit out by the pool it limited options, so ended up sitting in the reception area which was too warm. All inclusive timing the same as many other hotels we’ve stayed at ending at 1030pm, drink quality was acceptable Pool - disappointed with the pool area and water quality as it was very cloudy and green around the edges and this obviously meant lack of cleaning and chlorine quality, so didn’t use it more than once , also kids pool was disgusting and just green around the sides . Whole area just lacked maintenance, but as it was end of season soon they probably didn’t want to invest too much. Reception - staff were great, very friendly and helpful Overall I would not rate this a 4* due to lack of facilities but it was a great base for visiting the old town and the island

We stayed as a family for New Year's holidays and couldn't be more satisfied with our choice. The hotel is so close to the old town. The room is nice. The all inclusive facility was excellent. Plenty of choices and very good quality. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Especially Rania at the reception was so helpful with all our requests! This hotel is located just outside the old walls of the town and is within easy walking distance of the old town. We were transferred to this hotel as the hotel we were staying in was closing down for the end of the season. The experience here was not very pleasant. The food was poor the hot choices were barely warm. The plates were cold so there was no chance of a hot meal. The swimming pool was very cold and could have been cleaner. The room was a good size however we had to share it with cockroaches and ants. I did attempt to get hold of a manager to show him the infestation however, I was to he was unavailable. Says it all really. We shall definitely never return here again.

First off, don’t go expecting to eat nice food. The food is poor, bland and repetitive. We arrived 10 mins after the all inclusive stops ( 10.30) to have zero food available and no sugar free available. Im a diabetic. We were charged full price for two drinks and advised to order an equivalent to a just eats for food . Very disappointed. The staff are nice, food is bad, hotel is cleanish. Definitely not 4 star. Nice place to put your head but should be a b&b .
