All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.→ A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.→ NO bachelor parties, weddings, or events are allowed.→ Standard Occupancy is limited to (10) with Max Occupancy limited to (12), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.→ Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.→ Quiet hours after 9 PM must be respected; violations could result in removal without refund.→ A valid credit card on file is required for all incidentals.Reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations result in loss of all rents paid. We require a 5,000-10,000 deposit for Long Term stays (30+ nights). After booking, you’ll be asked to provide your personal email so we can send the rental agreement. A valid credit card and ID will also be collected to verify your identity. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book.
