The space comfortably accommodates two adult guests.The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a water purification hooked to the ice maker and sink side dispenser; dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils included. Appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dish washer and electric range. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Fully furnished with manual reclining loveseat and recliner downstairs. Downstairs half bathroom has toilet and sink.The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of the swimming pool. Upstairs Master suite with a king size bed, futon, closet and a television with cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, vanity sink and toilet. Linens, bath and pool towels, as well as basic toiletry items are provided.Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck furnished with a loveseat, two chairs and an electric barbeque. No gas or charcoal grills are permitted on the deck.Please note, this condo DOES NOT allow children or pets and there is NO SMOKING allowed inside or around this unit.Guests are welcome to use the pool, the dock, and the fish cleaning station.
