The kitchen is equipped with a water purification hooked to the ice maker and sink side dispenser; dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils included. Appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, dish washer and electric range. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Fully furnished with manual reclining loveseat and recliner downstairs. Downstairs half bathroom has toilet and sink.The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of the swimming pool. Upstairs Master suite with a king size bed, futon, closet and a television with cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, vanity sink and toilet. Linens, bath and pool towels, as well as basic toiletry items are provided.Sliding glass doors open to the rear deck furnished with a loveseat, two chairs and an electric barbeque.
