Full size fridge and range, microwave, and sink. All you need to enjoy simple meals at home, nice dishes along with basic pots and pans. If you are visiting friends and family in Citrus Hills, Black Diamond, Beverly Hills, Lecanto or anywhere in the county, we make a great meeting spot. We are centrally located, right in the middle of county.Many conveniences are close at hand, Walmart is one mile from the house, its a safe 20 minute walk if you chose. Publix is 2.5 miles to the east. Within walking distance is a a mom/pop burger spot; a sushi restaurant that also serves traditional Japanese, Thai, and Chinese; a Wawa, Wendy's and McDonalds; and a small park and multi-use paved bike trail.The apartment is below our main home. You have a separate entrance and total privacy.
