Water is typically turned back on in April. Unfortunately, we can't say exactly when in April as it truly depends on Mother Nature! Temperatures need to be above 40 degrees for multiple days before we can turn the water back on!While we are located in a neighborhood, cell phone service can be spotty. We personally have not had any issues.
