"Basic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night."

"房間還不錯，定了兩間，但晚上帶着孩子11點多辦的入住，出去吃了點兒飯，回來就12點以後了，回來後酒店大堂全都黑燈了，而且還找不到值班人員，好不容易上去，還有一間房房卡不好使，打不開門，房卡上的電話還是空號，最後通過攜程平台聯繫店家，從新刷了遍卡，才打開房門。值班過來的小夥還不錯，一直都挺客氣，等進入房間後發現沒有拖鞋，沒有地墊，沒辦法太晚了，也不想再折騰人家了，從孩子房間拿了一雙先用着，回房時又發現門鈴是壞的，洗手盆下水還有點兒堵，不能一直放着水用😓，洗手液也沒給加註，就剩一點！"

很乾凈衞生。裝修很好很舒服。衞生間也是乾濕分離的。洗澡的時候沒有等放涼水，出來就是熱的，還可以旋鈕調節温度，很好用，水壓也很好。洗髮水是佛手柑味道的，很好聞。整體體驗非常好。前台小姐姐很耐心，問了順風車問題都耐心解答。餐廳嬢嬢都很熱情啊，我早上去的時候，一直問我要不要吃粉，要煮給我吃，不過我戴着牙套不方便吃。看着是非常好的。非常推薦"

"황과수폭포근처숙소로 접근성뛰어나고 호텔 주인뿐아니라 관계자모두 정말친절합니다.
매표소까지 걸어가도 큰무리는아니지만 픽업서비스까지해주셨어요
황과수대폭포ㆍ천성교ㆍ두파당을 모두 돌아다니고 호텔까지 걸어갈까 생각했는데 픽업서비스나와주셔서 짧은거리지만 편하게 호텔에들어왔습니다 그리고 안순버스터미널까지 무료로 데려다 주셔서 얼마나 편했는지 모릅니다.
과일(용과와사과)사고싶다고 하니까 야채과일파는곳까지동행해주셨구요.
방은 넓고쾌적했고 바로 산밑에있어 새소리ㆍ맑은공기가 아침을 기분좋게 해주었습니다.
딱한가지아쉬운점은 친환경종이타월입니다.
익숙치않아 조금불편했어요 .
다른건 대만족입니다."

"網上看到好評如潮，果斷選擇這家！位置很方便，離景區很近，而且房間乾淨整潔，還貼心準備了好吃的特產波波糖，房間還有一次性浴巾和毛巾。最重要是老闆服務態度很好，看到我們帶小孩，主動給升級了房間；早上六點多親自送我們到景區排隊，我們遊覽結束後，累得不想走路，老闆又親自過來接我們，如果不是趕時間，都還想多住幾晚！真心值得推薦！"

我很少評價，但是這家店確實很好，距離黃果樹景區2公里左右，很方便，親子房間很大很乾凈，老闆也很熱情，告訴我們黃果樹景區到哪裡停車，遊玩路線怎麼玩，怕我們走錯前一天晚上第二天早上都很仔細認真的交代，非常推薦的酒店。又好又便宜，非常推薦！
吃飯也很方便，出門幾百米有很多可以選擇的！

這次入住雲垚民宿體驗超棒！位置就在黃果樹消防大隊附近，離景區很近。老闆是對年輕夫婦，對我們台胞特別熱情親切，讓人倍感溫暖。民宿不僅提供景區和美食街貼心接送，房間更是寬敞舒適、設計超美。最方便的是每層樓都有洗衣和烘衣機，對我們家庭遊客來說實在太貼心了！強烈推薦給來黃果樹旅遊的台灣鄉親，一定會像我一樣滿意！

Very nice home stay. Personal very dedicated to receive and ensure great stay. Good local breakfast. The room was awesome, very clean and very modern. They drove us to the waterfall entrance and came to fetch us at the end of the day.

酒店房間太温馨了，床上還有可愛的鴨鴨毛絨玩具，裝修風格是我喜歡的感覺，而且老闆娘服務態度很好，賓至如歸，有一種回家的感覺，這兩天剛好碰上婚宴，非常熱鬧喜慶，我體驗了一把在貴州吃酒席的歡樂體驗，豐盛美味，熱情好客，感恩遇見，感恩暖幢酒店的貼心服務，真心有點捨不得離開了，以後有機會一定還會再來入住🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
