"The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges."
