"A family run place that is beautifully themed and done up. Rooms are spacious and romantically decorated. Toilets have seat warmers and modern flushing. Showers have a number of options including rain showers. There is an elevator that services every floor. Everyone in the family pitches in with different roles and it’s wonderful to see such harmonious relationship. The patriarch of the family is the chauffeur, who provides free commute to and from Huang Long National Park, a 5-10 min drive away. The matriarch is in charge of the kitchen and you can order lunch and dinner, nice and piping hot. Breakfast is on the house. Front desk and online operations are manned by the kids.  My only gripes were the original room I booked had a strong smoke odor, probably from the previous occupant. Luckily they were accommodative to allow me to swop to another room. The other room’s kettle was stained with some black stuff… which I’m Assuming the previous occupant tried to boil tea leaves or other in it. Luckily I was in practice to disinfect kettles with 1-2 rounds of boiling water first. I plan to revisit the national park in autumn some time and will definitely rebook this place"
