Jeg havde et vidunderligt ophold på Heritage Collection at Seah. Placeringen er perfekt. Ved ankomsten blev jeg hilst varmt velkommen af ​​Davina, som er virkelig hjælpsom. Jeg elsker stedet, som har meget højt til loftet og er skinnende rent. Selvom bygningen er et kulturarvsbutik, har de en elevator inde! Enheden er pænt indrettet og har alle de ting, jeg har brug for.  Jeg vil helt sikkert vende tilbage næste gang, når jeg kommer til Singapore.

Boede i 4D3N her med et familiemedlem, fantastisk service af Shannen, Mae, Divina og Ryan 🫶🏻🩷✨️ Beliggenheden var lidt forvirrende, da den er meget tæt på en restaurant, men Shannen kom for at hjælpe os med midlertidig opbevaring, mens vi venter på indtjekningstid. Alle gav os straks assistance, når det var nødvendigt og forberedte detaljerede instruktioner om at få den digitale nøgle til vores ophold. Absolut anbefalet til unge rejsende, ikke rigtig egnet til familie + børn.

I had a fantastic stay at Heritage Collection on City Hall! The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring Singapore’s top attractions. A special thanks to Mae, Shannen, and Ryan for their outstanding service. They were incredibly attentive and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From pre-arrival communication to post-checkout follow-ups, their hospitality truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! If you’re looking for a well-located, affordable, and service-oriented accommodation in Singapore, this is definitely a great choice. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location to stay, near city hall mrt station. Most of tourist lacation just walking distance from here. There is a few cafes nearby. Check in process was smooth, they really help us a lot. Spacious room, clean and complete with what u need for your stay. Andrew, Shahnen and Ryan are very helpful, and always fast response to reply. Definately will stay here again!

This place is so good for family… the location is strategies near with public transportation and restaurant. I was assist by shannen and mae very well. The place also very clean and they have kitchen and big enough space for me n my 2 kids to stay… very happy to stay here and will be back to stay here when I visit singapore again..

Great location, it is in a nice area near many of the attractions. We had a bit of confusion getting into the building at first, but the service was great. Shannen, Ryan, and Mae assisted us with it, and they were very helpful and kind during our stay!

Had a great stay at Heritage Collection at Seah street. The loft-style room although compact in size, the amenities and most of all the staff, made the whole stay memorable. Special shout out to Divina, Shannon, Mae, and Ryan - who managed to assist me with my inquiry from my arrival to departure, even though via WhatsApp! Thank you for your hospitality, I’ll definitely be back for a little staycation.

Nice and cozy loft, the stairs might be a bit steep. Very clean. Decent location, easy access to town. Need to download their app for room key. Superb service, big thanks to Shannen, Mae, Divina and Ryan for their warm, professional and prompt support throughout the stay.
