The room is super big, but the bathroom is glass wall that the building in opposite can see me showering through the glass…

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been very satisfied. The room layout is comfortable, and the facilities are well-equipped. The hotel service is excellent, and Jossce, in particular, provided outstanding hospitality—she was warm, attentive, and proactively arranged a room upgrade and late check-out for me. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, showing great attention to detail. As a repeat guest, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and look forward to seeing it continue to improve!

The location is absolutely perfect, situated in the central area with a vibrant surrounding commercial district. Places like Emperor Palace Square, Excellence Center, and the convention center are all within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel service is also excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Jossce for helping arrange a room upgrade and late checkout, as well as recommending the hotel’s 618 promotional buffet to us—she was incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms are great too, spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. I will continue to support this hotel in the future and look forward to seeing it get even better.

The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. Located on a high floor, it offers a broad and open view. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Shenzhen's CBD, providing convenient access to transportation and easy travel. The service is outstanding, and the staff member Jossce and william was very polite. They proactively arranged a room upgrade and late checkout for me, and even provided a welcome fruit platter. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

The overall stay was quite pleasant, with a few minor hiccups that were all resolved smoothly. The service was excellent—very responsive to requests. Ms. Jossce from the guest relations team even helped upgrade my room and provided complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of Shenzhen's CBD, surrounded by bustling commercial areas. Many large shopping malls are within walking distance, and transportation is extremely convenient. Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing stay. Sonia He was a really lovely host. They have great breakfast and amenities for solo and family travelers. Close to the airport and easy to find location.

The service was extremely attentive and warm. The room had high ceilings, a great view, and an open vista—highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located next to 岗厦subway station (direct access to Futian and Luohu border crossings). It is also a short walk to a mid-sized mall with many food options. The room was large and clean, and the lobby staff were incredibly helpful.

This is the first time we stay at the hotel. Location is perfect, close to all malls and restaurants! Highly recommended!

Room was big, breakfast delicious and the lounge room comfy. Staff was friendly, greeting with a smile every day. The hotel is in front of metro station, so you won’t lose time commuting. Hotel is located near shops and grocery stores. There’s also a pharmacy which was useful to buy medicines in my stay.

The seven-star hotel is also well-located and very convenient, with some large supermarkets and malls within walking distance. The price is also reasonable. Highly recommended.
