Quite confusing service especially to check in and unfortunately, was required to check out early by late before 10 am. Facilities are minimal. With the current price, not recommend this lodge for those whose are local.

環境特別好，在大自然之中所以蟲子和鳥鳴比較多。衞生間淋浴是一體的，比較乾淨。酒店的狗和貓都很可愛親人。餐廳的菜品不多，有限時供應時間。離RDC很近，步行10分鐘即達。酒店前台工作人員也很友好。前台的wifi信號最好，房間裏很弱幾乎沒有。總體來説會再次預訂的。

Приятный отель с красивой территорией. Очень удобное расположением: в пешей доступности и Rainforest Discovery Center, и Orangutan rehabilitation center. Отдельно хочу отметить потрясающий душ.

Отель находится в джунглях со всеми вытекающими отсюда приятными и неприятными моментами. Из приятного: непосредственная близость к Центрам реабилитации орангутанов и солнечных медведей, а также к Центру изучения дождевых лесов. 5-15 минут ходьбы. Прекрасная, почти нетронутая человеком природа вокруг. Территория отеля ухоженная и приятная. Номера хорошие с просторными санузлами. Есть кондиционер, который вполне сносно работает. Из плохого: невкусная однообразная еда ( альтернативы нет, мы в джунглях) завтраки съедобные, но не более, плохо обученный персонал в кафе, еле теплая вода в душе по утрам (голову помыть не решилась), отсутствие в номере щеток, расчесок, фена и т.д. Однако, все это простительно, объяснимо, и я бы не стала бы об этом писать, если бы не «вишенка на торте»: просто отвратительные подушки. Кусок высокого плотного поролона, от которого через минуту затекает шея. Уснуть на такой - задача не из простых. Условиями джунглей это издевательство над посетителями объяснить сложно.

We had the best time .we used the dorm.nice tidy and cool. The room is only for 6 so is very confortable. The toilets and showers where cleaned and with both hot and cold water. Breakfast was included and very satisfying with potatoes, sausage, omelette and juice

Service personnel are great. "Petah" was the best helping us get comfortable. We were early for check in and she held our bags. When we were back to check in she had moved our bags to the room for us already! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and very nice. Staff was very nice. They show me everything. Bad was comfortable. Air condition working very well. Area around is nice. There is planty plants around. Quick walk to Sepilok Orangutan You have free water in reception. All is fine

Lovely staff, fantastic location to the main attractions like the jungle centre and good value for what you get - beautiful scenery also- the room was a good size for the two of us and nice shower and comfy bed I was here for two nights and I would come back

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, free water dispensers, basic breakfast, delicious diner options. Nicely located surrounded by the jungle and at walking distance of the Orangutan Rehabilitation center and the Sun bear conservation center.

Very welcoming. Quiet area. Close by to more tourists attractions. Staff very accommodating. Toilets and bathrooms clean. Bedrooms tidy on arrival. Launder services available. Will recommend to others if in the area. Would come back when visiting again!!

Decent dormitory rooms with a few plug sockets. Towel and blanket provided. Showers are great. Good base location to see the local sights, we were part of an Intrepid Tour and they looked after us a group well. Laundry service helpful! Air Con is good. Bring insect repellent!

Good place to find peace of mind from the hustle and bustle of city live. The staffs are friendly, especially the receptionist. Good water pressure for bath. Absolutely, i will come back for my next visit. I love the nature and the sounds of cicaddas.
