This home is pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard and offers partial views of the Savannah River channel and the Cockspur Lighthouse at Fort Pulaski from the roof top viewing deck. Savannah River side beach access is just 700’ away. The Sandpiper Condos are located on Tybee Island'sSouth Beach within walking distance to the pier, pavilion, several shops, bars, and restaurants. Weeklong rentals are a must in June and July, 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. We are unable to make any exceptions during these months.The elevator will take you up to the second floor for your beautiful, private, spacious, 1400 square feet of vacation pleasure with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. The second floor features 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, generous living room, dining room, and sun room with an outdoor deck for dining while overlooking the gorgeous pool. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, living and dining room and a kitchenette that is convenient to the pool and covered outdoor dining area. The backyard features a huge pool and pool house with a 90in. TV for watching the big game while swimming or grilling on the charcoal or gas grills, a large commercial ice machine, bar, and lounge seating area. The house is located on 6th Terrace beach side of Butler. It is very close to the beach. This part of the beach is significantly less crowded than the rest of Tybee and coveted by locals who know and have access. There is also an on-site golf cart that is separately rentable for $100 per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house. Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range: October 1 – December 15 March 15 – May 30 The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 15 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp. We skim it on your day of check in, otherwise the normal skimming and cleaning is up to the guest. * The downstairs kitchen sink tends to back up when the Tybee water table is high.
