Very satisfied with our stay. No complaint. Good location to access underground pass, Sapporo station and Rusutsu shuttle bus. It will be ideal if the room brightness at the corner where luggage is can be further enhanced.

1. Provision of room cleaning service only once on 2-day basis with bed sheet changing. 2. Corner room with nice view (photo attached) 3. Hot Spring Bathing facility on B1 Floor with 2 small pools (4-6 persons) and 1 outdoor tiny pools ( 3-4 persons). 4. Breakfast is good at all, however stop at 1000 a.m. 5. Hotel location is very close to JR staion with 5-6 mins subway walk.

Second time staying at this hotel. Very well appointed in a good location for station and public transport. If you have a lot of luggage you should take a taxi to and from the station even if it’s a little pricier (around 7USD). Don’t expect large rooms as in Japan, you get what you pay for. If you want a larger room, pay more! It was perfectly adequate for our needs for a couple of nights in Sapporo. The check in and check out is electronic but staff are on hand to assist. The lobby is lovely and welcoming in the winter. Free bathroom amenities are available. Finally, they serve an outstanding breakfast with a lovely view of the famous landmark Government Office park in front of the hotel. I would choose this hotel again.

Pros - delicious breakfast with quality ingredients, location was close to Sapporo station and many bus stops surrounding the hotel Cons - baffled that hotel imposed a dress code for guests during breakfast hours, give us a break please we are on vacation please just let us wear whatever we want, be it hotel nightwear or slippers in my opinion, the room layout is not very efficient and the bathroom floor looked dirty bed was very bad and the given pillows were hard as rock with beads inside? overall i dont find my stay here restful despite the higher price tag, definitely will not return

The hotel is located at a central location just minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Staffs are especially friendly and helpful. A great thanks to both Honoka Oda and Kaho Sawada for their much appreciated assistance. Couldn't thank them enough. Our room windows actually face the old government building and it was gorgeous with autumn leaves and snow on the next day covering the entire compound... every where. It was especially memorable. Room is nice and clean and the onsen was surprisingly good... didn't really expect much when booking the property. Another great thing about the hotel is it's breakfast spread... We've had seafood breakfast buffet from other Japanese hotel before, but this one came with raw scallop, firm juicy red salmon, sweet prawn and of course salmon roe... Absolutely unforgettable experience. And to top up all that, a very nice view of the snowing landscape that morning, that will be forever etched in our mind. Quite a comfortable and somehow bigger than usual size hotel rooms. And near the JR Line

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Location is quite near to Sapporo Station around 5-7 mins walk.

Breakfast is fabulous but one water per person per day is insufficient.

This hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station. The room features a separation between the shower area and the washing hand/toilet area, which I personally value and found surprisingly rare in Sapporo. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the face towel, but everything else was great. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who assisted me on the 29th. I spontaneously decided to visit a hotel at Lake Toya on that day, and she helped me call the hotel to check if there was a spot on their shuttle bus last minute(since the bus company doesn't speak English). She even printed out a schedule and a map showing where to catch the shuttle bus. We were so pleased with the service that we booked another night after returning from Lake Toya.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Location is good, near to anywhere, just down the road you can go to the underground to go anywhere, very useful when in winter. The public bath is awesome. The room is not big as typical Japanese Hotel but not tiny. We still managed to open two big luggage with one stroller. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! It's very close to Sapporo JR and Sapporo and Odori subway. I think exit 8 from the underground Sapporo subway to the hotel is the nearest and easiest access. The room is small (common in Japan and I expect it when I booked it) - for reference, we had 2x 28 inch luggage and 2x 20 inch carry on. I would say it is manageable. We're also celebrating our anniversary and it's a nice touch from the hotel to include a cute heart swan towels in the room! :-)

Very easy to walk from JR sapporo station with just a 6-8 minutes walk. If you enter or leave by the back entrance of this hotel, getting to JR sapporo is even fast at less than 5 minutes. There is a large Lawsons kombini near the back entrance of the hotel so getting food and drinks is not a problem. Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Very comfortable King sized bed. Rooms are clean and tidy and cosy. Bathroom is the standing kind but I never used it because I always bathed at the basement onsen hahaha. Another thing I liked about this hotel is that we could use the fitness room for free and my boys used it almost every morning as they needed to keep fit for their running competitions. I will definitely love to stay here again if there are promotions for this hotel!
