The location is a bit away from the town centre but still within walking distance. The room is clean and the hotel can provide other services such as laundry service. The hotel staff are nice and helpful as well.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel food menu is not bad. Location is very good! It is very close to the town center, 5 minutes away.

Great location and wonderful service. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We will definitely stay there again our next visit to Queenstown

The hotel is clean and spotless. Staffs were friendly and gave me good advice. Special mention to Rivi. Need to walk upslope but still near enough to the town centre. Very near to the airport bus stop.

We stay two night there but you can’t check in before 3:00pm and I ask for extended my stay one night more, they said hotel were booked by private function and I can’t put my luggage in there, when I check out I saw other guest can put there luggage in there, just feel like we are Asia not welcome like original Newzerland. All the staff not really smile they just do their job. They food and clean good also good location but the customer service may need improvement.

Great location and walking distance to foods

Good location which is not far from the town centre unfortunately they don't provide free parking. Feel bored with the same breakfast that we have been eating for 4 mornings.

Super convenient to stay here. Close to downtown and friendly staffs. Overnight parking $25/day and variety of breakfast. Overall yesssss love it

Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a lovely place to stay in. Booked a room facing the mountains and lake. Beautiful views every morning. Convenient as it is close to Queenstown Centre where there are many eating places and restaurants, including the famous Fergburger. Although I read about it being on a steep slope, I went ahead to book the place as Queenstown Botanic Gardens is just opposite a few streets away. Decided to take a longer but gentler walk back to the hotel from Queenstown Centre so that the walk is not that tiring. Highly recommend this place as the staff is so friendly and hospitable. Close to Skyline & meeting place for Milford Sound Tour.Would definitely stay here again if I visit Queenstown.

The rooms were new and cozy. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was very good with a fair bit of variety. The restaurant was spacious and contemporary. A lot of natural light as the restaurant is near the lobby with glass wall. However, the carpark is outsourced and limited.

We really enjoyed 3nightd at Holiday Inn .

Not much to say, its more like a self service hotel There was a fire alarm at 5am.. everyone has to evacuate the building .. they didnt say or inform what actually has happened..

Very convenient location. Good facilities the sauna is in high demand and breakfast offered to all customers and very good. Will stay again. Thanks

pretty new facility and friendly staff provide proper service. quite good stay from our feeling actually. it's pity there are not so many parking for car.
