I rarely use the word ‘perfection’ because it’s extremely difficult to achieve. However, I can honestly say that this really was perfection. Everything about our stay massively exceeded our (high) expectations. Gabriel met us, brought us a drink, showed us around and took us to our room. Throughout our stay he was kind, warm, helpful and generous with his time, sending us links to various recommendations. Our room felt very eco friendly, with natural woods and neutral colours. The views from the hotel were spectacular. I would imagine artists take inspiration and writers’ imagination flourishes in the vista of the vineyards and olive groves. The chef concocts the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten, and all done in a modest kitchen. Five magnificent courses, each crafted by an expert who clearly loves his craft. We looked forward to our evening meals. That said though, the breakfasts were also superb. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so special.

Idyllic, rustic and the best food in Tuscany. Just the most unassuming location, only 5 minutes drive to San Giminano with a fabulous view of San Giminano. The food and chef in the evenings is the best I’ve had in a long time, just outstanding and very reasonable. Stayed 3 nights - would absolutely return.

Loved the location, amenities, staff and room. We stayed in a junior suite which had a kitchenette, bedroom, bath and a walk-in closet . All very comfortable and clean. Private outdoor space. Great pool. Nicely landscaped. The best part was the amazing staff. Always polite, helpful and professional. Lastly, I have to mention the food. A spectacular breakfast each morning prepared for you. Also snacks, lunch and dinner available if you choose. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Bellavista! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink. From where we sat we could look into the spotless kitchen and enjoy the aromas of our delicious dinner cooking. The meals were some of the best meals we ate in Tuscany! The rooms are spotlessly clean & nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff. We booked from Australia, as to not miss out, so pleased we did. Thank you Podere Bellavista!

We had the perfect stay at Podere Bellavista for our honeymoon. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with great views of San Gimignano. Eating at the restaurant is a MUST! The food is some of the best we have tasted in Italy. Location is perfect, Podere Bellavista is relaxing and peaceful but only a short 20 min walk into San Gimignano if you want shops, bars and restaurants. We did this walk several times and it was super easy. What made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The level of care and detail that goes into everything was better than any hotel we have ever stayed at. Thank you Andrea and Virginia for going above and beyond, we will never forget our time here and hope to be back in the near future.
