Fantastic hotel with great service from the staff. They are extremely friendly and nice to the guests. It is near the metro and therefore travelling to different parts of Qingdao is very convenient. We all definitely come back and stay here.

Convenient location, Rooms are big, breakfast is very good but it is expensive, staff at reception are courteous.

Nice and clean hotel, Rooms are Big, Location is excellent just next to metro station. Many restaurants available nearby, Break fast is good but it is expensive.

Very nice staff, location could be slightly better but still very central. Very good attention of the staff such as bringing fruit every day. Good swiming pool, long enough for swimmers

Very near to the metro station. Stuffs are very kind and room are cleaned well everyday. Recommended hotel.

The location is great and is convenient to lots of restaurants and the downtown of Qingdao. The front desk and the lobby service are great. They are very helpful and provided great services. This hotel was the 1st 5 star hotel in the Shandong province and had lots of famous guests. However, the facility itself needs to updated. The carpets are old. Some guests may not comply with the rule of no smoking. You can smell the smoking from the common area and the room. Great location, good service but out dated facility.

nice hotel... rooms are comfortable with bath tub. swimming pool... 20m from metro station, and 300m from bar street. we recommand it

Old-fashioned luxury hotel. Very difficult to change the AC temperature which meant it was way too hot in the room. Breakfast is plenty and good quality. I will not book again, though.
