Great stay here. Beautiful beach and hotel, beach just in front of the hotel, the jetty just 5 minutes walking. Stay 2 night here, we enjoyed and relaxed here, my daughter wished to stay another night 😄. Just the breakfast menu 80% is the same as a day before.

Seriously overhyped and underdelivering. Feels like a classic tourist trap. If this subpar experience persists, our tourism sector is on a collision course. They seems like preferable to chinese mainland china. Force guests to take full board package. The foods was a joke & they failed to understand the meaning of hospitality. Competing with Indonesia and Thailand? Not at this rate.

I recently stayed at a lovely island hotel and had a wonderful experience. Dont Buy use Trip when go Laguna. I book for 2 adult 2 kids At TRIP. When I arrive they. I Have to pay add+ kids again. Becouse hotel receive payment for 2 adult. So I Have to pay 2100 .

Spend 2 night in Laguna Resort for a casual vacation trip. Resort provide free ferry transfer for guest who stay their room. We flight to Terenggabu Airport (TGG), only took 25mina to reach the Jetty, and 1.5hr ferry to Resort. Resort jetty located at the back of the resort and just 5mins walk to hotel lobby.

From the moment we book the ferry ticket from Taman Tamadun Islam, Terengganu, everything and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our first time here in Redang and it was a fabulous one with all the kind and helpful sincere staffs from Laguna Redang. Highly recommended and will definitely return to this paradise! They have a warong near our room and we had their food for 3nights. Even have prata and burger ramlee live station! Perfect paradise for me and my family.

The hotel is old. Room smells musty, with limited amenities. No wifi available and phone reception is not great. The tap water is treated sea water, so it's salty and you thus can't make hot drinking water with the kettle. There is no water dispenser, so you'll have to buy bottled water. All 3 meals are included, however the food is only mediocre. It takes almost 2 hours by ferry from Kuala Terengganu. You get the first lunch upon arriving. After that you can opt to go for the first snorkeling session. Masks and life jackets has to be rented and they cost RM15 each.

Very fantastic resort and hospitality They can take us to many spots to conduct snorkeling as complimentary My family so having fun to see many variants of fishes. And we could see many fishes in sea in front of this resort also.

Great hotel! Cleanliness is meh average but I guess it's be difficult to keep it really clean given how everyone's going diving/swimming in the sea and bringing the wet/sandy clothes back to the rooms

I love my stay at this resort. The seaview scenery and hospitality was great. The room was spacious, clean with basic amenities. For the 3 days stay, there were buffet provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner - the food selection was good and tasty. Will definitely come back 😊😄
