On the day of your departure, our front desk staff called you at checkout time, and you informed us that you wished to extend your stay for an additional night. 2. Later that evening, at 9:00 PM, you decided to check out. Since you had already committed to staying an extra night, and your checkout occurred at 9:00 PM, we applied the standard full-day charge, which was clearly stated in our policy. 3. Upon calling you at 12:00 PM, we clearly explained our late checkout policy: *Free extension until 12:30 PM *A 300 THB charge for late checkout between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM *If a guest stays beyond 3:00 PM, a full day's rate applies 4. You explicitly confirmed your extension for one additional night, and your checkout was recorded at 9:00 PM. 5. Regarding your security deposit, at the time of checkout, you had not paid for the extended stay. Therefore, we deducted part of your deposit to cover the outstanding balance. 6. Our CCTV records confirm your checkout time, and we stand by our policies, which were communicated clearly. Given your dishonest accusations and misrepresentation of the situation, we regret to inform you that our hotel will not welcome you again in the future. 7.
