great location, good service

There is the daily fee charged additionally for parking, which was kind of annoying. The reception's night staff were neither courteous nor helpful; a lot of room for improvement there.

Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected. This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

Very disappointed, I stayed one night in a petite corner room prior to my event and my company has reserved 3 other nights at the same hotel. I wanted to move to the room that my company reserved but they cancelled my company's reservation and kept me in the small room. They lied to me saying that all rooms that the company reserved were petite rooms and when I checked with the company and others staying in the same hotel, their rooms were much bigger and better than mine. I don't appreciate the lies, and how they were not accommodating at all.

Through Trip.com, we were able to book a room at Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse hotel at a great price. The location was supreme, and staff was friendly. Trip.com maintained communication with us via email and text to ensure all was going well and we were not experiencing any issues. This was a very positive experience, and we will definitely use Trip.com in the future.

Hotel was is good condition. Few cracking paint in the room ceiling. Location was great ! Hotel Staff was kind, valet had attitude. 

I will go again....that's all ppl.

位置很好，非常方便，房間乾淨

酒店位置很好，適合旅遊，房間佈置也不錯，空間比較大。標準入住時間是下午4點，早晨7:30飛機到達的，等到下午2:30才有房間，比較辛苦。還有一個問題，退房超過一週了，至今入住時的按金還沒有退回，其他美國酒店都是離店1-2天就退回。
